Ms. Joke's New Weapon Test 1 HQ (Patreon)

Here's the final! I labeled it as part one because I think Ms. Joke would make a pretty good tickler for future MHA pics that are sure to come. It was originally supposed to be Mei, but she's a bit overused for this sort of thing. What do you guys think? Let me know in the comments. Anyhow, onto the setup:

"Ms. Joke uses Mirko to work out a few kinks on a new weapon to subdue enemies harmlessly. A pair of mechanical gloves that can create a small electric 'tickle' pulse that can make even the most hardened of criminals laugh hysterically. They can even control another pair of tickle gloves remotely. It seems to have an odd euphoric side effect that Ms. Joke is trying to work out. The easy cash to help test out hero gear was too good to pass up. She ends up getting more than she bargained for."
