"In their downtime while on their post, the Metal Slug crew makes up various games  to pass the time and kill boredom. These are known as the war games. This one features a crude set of stocks made from boxes and a couple of young Mars people that they've kept for research. The female soldiers volunteer their soles to see who can hold out the longest against the 'tentickles'. Who will hold out the longest?"

Here is the final version! I went for a manga rendering as an experiment to see how I want to do more of these many comics in the future, as rendering multiple pages is a little harder to do quickly in full color.
