I love huge maps like these because it connects otherwise isolated buildings. Now the players can see the whole layout of the complex

Do the previous interior maps line up with the buildings in this map? That would be really epic for the player experience of walking into a building and activating the interior layer for them

No they don't precisely line up. To me traveling from room to room is not important. This can be achieved with theater of the mind. The exterior maps align better. Even tough, you can consider the domain map as a schematic representation to allow your real customized version to be live. For example I mapped 4 small greenhouses but you can have the number you want, have small and large ones and also a ruined one. Up to you.
