how are you doing today? I hope you've been well. ^^ I've been feeling very inspired as of late. I've been practicing mindfulness recently and I find it's enriched my life positively. so often I feel the need to rush toward the next task, goal, or day without taking time to appreciate the present moment. and then I reach the goal I set and wonder what it was all for when in all truth I just want to experience each day to its fullest, whether that's something big and exciting or laid-back and simple. I used to see the day to day as mundane and disposable, but now every moment and the next is always a chance for something good to happen. change is available at any moment in your life and I find that comforting.

drawing skulls and bones for a secret project I'm working on that won't be revealed until this Fall! 👀 this is probably obvious, but honestly? learning to draw human anatomy is really helpful. having a basic idea of how different parts connect makes drawing poses from your mind come more easily.
