Listening to this got me super nostalgic for when i'd watch Godzilla VHS tapes as a kid. So last night I decided to watch that double feature recommendation of Godzilla and Godzilla Raids Again, neither of which I had watched until last night. Both were really enjoyable and i think i'm going to start rewatching old Godzilla movies until Kong vs Godzilla comes out. Funnily enough the third Godzilla movie after the first one and Raids Again is the original Godzilla vs King Kong. If Jason ends up liking the first two he could just go straight into that one. Maybe a GHL Extra comparing the original and new Kong/Godzilla movies after the new one comes out?

Godzilla the animated series from 1998 was probably my real introduction to the franchise, But really he's always been in culture to me.
