Fantastic discussion guys! I personally think it’s a mix. There were terrible things about the Sliver age but things like All-Star Superman wouldn’t have happened without it because there wouldn’t have been a need to write any “fix stories.”

I'm always uncertain where the silver age ends and bronze age begins..Depending on where you place it "Whatever happened to the man of tomorrow" and "For the man who has everything" might be placed in the silver age

Usually the first appearance of Barry Allen in The Flash of Two Worlds is what people use to demarcate the beginning of The Silver Age.
