This is such a tough question. Straight up episodes I think I'd go with Patamon's evolution/Death, Leomon's Death, That introspective episode in Frontier where Takuya de-evolves to rookie for a day, but I think more often than not I love the pay offs of long story threads when it comes to Digimon. Impmon's redemption gets me everytime, Takado dealing with his rage when he rage evolves to mega and the relief when he finally puts it aside and transforms into Gallantmon. The relationship between Merukimon and Ikuto gets me too. Argh, too much greatness!
