Hey Party People,

let's celebrate... I got a disc prolapse. Yeay --_--''

It's official I am an oooold man. Good thing: I guess you can call me daddy from now on.

In order to get a healthy back I have to exercise twice a week as perscibed by my doc. The downside is there are barely any Physiotherapists near me so this will be very time consuming. This is so annoying and I deeply apologize for the unconvenience this will cause in the future for you as my supporters and friends.

The doc told me how I have to move and behave in the future which is already stressing me out. Fast movements can paralyze me so I have to be mindful about that otherwise I risk jamming my nerves.

I am thinking of getting myself the Ring Fit Adventure for daily exercises at home but I am a lil worried since when I played it the first time I actualy jammed my nerves which lead to my latest back issues. (Didn't wanna tell you since I don't wanna blame the game or Nintendo for my bad health condition) On the other hand I first need the funds to by me a switch anyways... hahahah But yeah I think it's still a good game and idea to get it cause I really felt an effect on my muscles while playing it. Since I don't have a subscription to a gym or better haven't done any sports in my entire adult live it could be a nice opportunity to get started again... Do you guys have any experiance with the game yet or with disc prolabse in general? I am greatful for any word of wisdome <3

Thanks for reading all of my mumbeling.

Also thank you for sticking and going through thick and thin with me.

Means a lot <3

LOVE

Matthias

I have regular back pain and im only 34. After all the physiotherapist sessions you will learn that almost any movement you do is bad :D. If you have the option to go to swim (like indoor pool), that one is apparently quite good if you dont overdo it. Besides that its good to have a good chair or at least the tiny ball that is usually used in Pilates. I have it semi deflated and use it for additional correction of my back whilst sitting. GL, it can get better, but you will definitely have to keep on exercising as this kind of issues can return very fast. I also got a Beurer elektrosimulator, which is good for simulating underdeveloped muscles.

Maybe you could look up a bunch of exercises you could do at home without having to go to a therapist. Regardless, I hope it gets better for you.

All my friends who've played Ring Fit Adventure have said it's super fun and effective as exercise

I am happy to learn you are not doing that bad and can keep it from getting any worst.
