Geraskier Watercolor (Patreon)

I had the idea for this when I was on a walk recently. And I tried to make it work digitally, but my brain would not have any of it. The angle looked wrong, I could not pick the correct colors, the textures were all off. I put a few hours into it and then stopped and decided that it was time to try to do this traditionally. This is partly watercolor and partly gouache and I'm honestly happier with it. I can't do the same color details etc digitally, but I feel like making it a bit simpler colored is the reason why it works in the end. Especially since this is not supposed to be a big, super detailed drawing. I did add the end of my digital experiment with the idea so you can see where it went when I left off. 

There is  not much else to say. I am thinking about making this one a postcard for June. I am still not sure what all the postcards should be, which is alarming since June is right in front of us! But maybe I'll just give you guys an option depending on the things you like? I'm thinking about making a CoD themed one as well bcs I am so deep in it XD And then just have you guys choose which one you'd like depending on your tiers. Knights, CoD and some Witcher. And maybe some knight stickers <_<

I do have to finish the pride knight but I think I want to do some more of Soap in a kilt next. Bcs that Kilt is doing things to me XD I did look up what the traditional McTavish pattern would be so yes, I am that deep now. Next traditional one would be the knights I think, I don't know if CoD is a topic that works in watercolor for me? Or how do you feel about it, if you like CoD, any ideas of a watercolor for them? I never drew them in gear <_<
