I decided to give this its own title. Art Veggies was the initial title of this thing when I found it on Twitter so I think I'll stay with that name. And I hope I can keep up with the daily training, I feel like it is eating away a lot of time especially since I want to do it right. The challenge itself does have a recommended time, like 2 hours of figure drawing, but I tend to go over that limit if something does not work out and I feel like I need to do it longer to make it work.

Todays post is from last weeks Tuesday (which is figure drawing, nude and clothed) and Wednesday (Torso) prompts. I'm really not a fan of the nude figure drawing ones, 2 minute poses is just not enough for me. I know it helps with gestures and I need to do short poses more often but I am so unhappy with the end result.
With the clothed figure drawing I decided to do some random outfits off pinterest. I invested a lot of time in these, spending around 20 minutes per pose, but I tried to really learn how the folds work. In the end this is meant to teach me something.
The third pic is torsos. When I concentrate on one body part I like to remind myself on what muscles there are and how they influence the shape. These are all done with reference, the muscles as well as the studies. I learned too late that torso means the front of the body and that there is a specific day to draw the back, hahaha, so I will probably do torsos and backs on that day then.

I hope you are doing well. If you're self isolating, how do you spend your time?

I have some different Harajuku style outfits (I hope that's actually how they are called) saved and pinned on pinterest because they are so fun to draw! I'm really bad with contemporary fashion because it gets boring easy but these ones are great!
