Today I just felt like drawing something sad and pretty. I hope I can finish this one. My track record on finished things right now is not super high, sadly.
But, with the constant chaos right now and the way my brain can't really concentrate I decided to go back to the basics and I started doing daily studies again. Sketchbook Sunday will be fun. I thought about making it multiple posts but I'm not sure, what do you prefer? One bigger post a week or smaller updates?

Hope you have a lovely week

PS: yes, I can't just draw a flower crown, I have to google what meanings flowers have so my self indulgent drawing has at least some background symbolism. Can you read my ugly handwritten notes for the flowers I want to use in his crown?

I am more a Fan of smaller updates a week 😊 especially now when we have to Stay home. I really like that those flowers have a meaning, it creates depth to the picture

I'll tr yto keep them small for next week then. I am doing some kind of art study thing where I do studies daily so it might be interesting to post these daily as well, thank you! And yes, I love the whole idea of using flowers as letters. It used to be common in victorian times. You had flowers for love or affection as well as anger or resentment. It is baffling. Why would I send somebody I don't like flowers? Hahaha ^^
