So, at the time of writing this post, my Anxiety Attack is subsiding :( that felt really scary, and I think it's my second time I've experienced this :0 deep breaths, focusing on one thing, being aware of my surroundings kind of helped :o but damn, that sucked; I'm gonna try to get some shuteye in an hour or so, or at least when I feel this feeling dying down );
