Right now, it may be just one house, but the family doesn't feel alive just being stagnant. I would prefer a togglable quest marker system like Skyrim has though.

I'm pretty curious about the NPC scheduling, I'm wondering how dynamic it can be with events, especially in conjunction with the exhibition system.

There will be different types of NPC's behaviour, some will blame her, some will make jokes, some will try to join her. This will be done through the monologue system, NPCs will comment MC's appearance based on her appearance, cloth, effects, and distance from NPC to player, NPC's current occupation. It may also trigger a cinematic event =)

it's indeed hard to estimate the exact timeline. we can only speak about our expectations and aspirations 😁 because we don't know exactly which challenges we're about to face on each stage. and it also depends on the ammount of support (how many new team members we'll be able to hire) so, what we want is to release a major update once every 2-3 months and have a Steam version ready in about 1.5 - 2 years from now
