Some more variety in the alternates rather than just colour of clothing/nails would be great such as clothing (nothing wildly different say alternate types of swimwear, hair colour/style or accessories

I actually think a good idea for a variant could be a fully clothed/struggling variant. It would give a nice damsel in distress vibe and could also give a nice sequence of events between the fully clothed version, normal tickle version, and then ending with the extreme version.
