Great analysis! You caught a bunch of stuff I've never seen anyone else catch. Like Howard's casualness contrasted with Kevin's. And all the high class/low class in Mike's side along with Jimmy's. And catching the moral questions, comparing these character's morality to Breaking Bad. Nothing explicitly compares Walter White and Kim, but it's all there for those who want to and pays attention.

I think the contrast between Howard and Jimmy is not just high/low class (though that's certainly a part of it), but also mentally healthy vs. not. Howard actually went to therapy and it shows lol.
