what i like about this episode is that we know that saul does bad things but with kim having to kick the guy out for a corporation IS LEGAL but still not a good thing also. So maybe she and saul arent that different in that moment

Fantastic analysis! I've always thought the symbolism of the beers on the balcony is such a clever way of revealing Kim's character through imagery. From feeling anxious & annoyed the beer would fall off the railing, to just going fuck it and throwing it off herself to let off steam really parallels her conflicted attitude towards the law and "following the rules", her irritation towards Jimmy for bending rules and playing with the law for his own gain, but then sometimes just throwing caution to the wind and choosing to embrace his scamming & rule-breaking methods herself.
