Back in 2014, this is a Zenescope cover I did for Comikaze comic con, I'm pretty sure this is Cinderella and Dorothy but I don't remember the title and the issue.

Yes I believe you are correct. That is Dorothy and Cindy. That is Cindy's glass slipper and Belle wasn't in realm war so only other brown hair lady was Dorothy (which usually had pigtails) or Belinda.

I have both versions of the book. The version he pictured is hard to come by since it was a 250 run, while the other cover was a 500 run. Epic cover.
