.... So, I notice how the bad place people didn't mention the other Eleanor until Michael came to get our Eleanor back. They were about to go back to the bad place with both Eleanors. Which is appropriately evil I guess.

there should be a medium place but Eleanor most certainly did not deserve to go to it. At least not at the start of season 1.
