Scooby-doo and the Ghoul School was my top Halloween movie as a kid (also the reluctant werewolf) I re-watched it so many times. It's part of that weird set of Scooby-doo movies where it's just Scooby, Shaggy and Scrappy that I really enjoyed (My only exposure to scrappy as a kid so I was very confused about why everyone disliked him)

I have pretty much the exact same experience as you, I never loved Scrappy, but from my limited experience with him, he was a perfectly fine character. Reluctant Werewolf, looking back, was really a terrible movie, but the memories, oh the memories. :D Also Arabian Nights was really solid!
