EDIT 2 - JAN. 16:
- FIXED issue with custody always been given to active Sim. Note that the fix comes with a downside: contrary to now, in certain cases, custody will be chosen for one child and the event will stop there instead of auto-continuing to the next child. In those cases, you will need to once again talk to the Sim's ex partner and ask to go to court for the next child(ren).
- Fixed other little things and added one more moodlet for children who didn't specify which parent they wanted to live with.

Just a quick update.
Module 10 is still being a headache, and I have understoood that it will be to the last moments.... But but but - progress has been made.
Why a headache? Well, I have kept having yet more sorts of situations that should have been fine but weren't. Weirdnesses, quite simply. Two days ago for example - something very simple just wasn't working no matter what. In complete frustration, after hours and hours wasted, I sent my files to someone on the modders server who offered to try in their game (thanks Kuttoe). It worked fine for him. Just refuses to function in my game. The week before, the simplest bit of script which works always, wouldn't work, for no identified reason either, and even after verification from another modder. Then of course add to that the usual modding difficulties and unavoidable errors that take fixing and whatnot (yes because, not all difficulties are random, often in modding / coding, we make little errors as we go). It's been... a wild ride.
I fiiinally finished the child support system, which should stand on its two legs I think. I also made it so sims getting divorced will have money switched around if one is quite richer than the other after moving out.... To encounter these features, sims in the process of divorce who have already arranged for custody will see an interaction in the break up menu.
The system counts how much is owed based on how many children are in custody. Once a sim becomes an adult, the number will change to adapt to how many children are still in custody. Speaking of custody, I fixed an issue regarding assignments of that.
Tried to make sure that couples who weren't bf / gf or married etc would have easier access to the custody stuff, but some of this won't kick in until new pregnancies and some cases still won't be out of the box supported.
What's missing then? Social interactions, some more moodlets (reactions etc), choice for kids to say who they'd like to live with and that impacting results, stuff like that. The pet thing which is almost wrapped. The phone calls which are also fairly advanced. Probably more stuff I forget from the request post, which I'll need to check back on. Also, I'll be changing around what goes in what menu at some point, but I'll keep you informed to avoid confusion.
If you want to test the current files (emphasis on: TEST, as this has NOT been tested other than by me yet), I am attaching them to this. If you do decide to test, feedback would be great - but you don't have to, testers will of course take care of all that. I will get them started on testing this very soon while I add more things. But I like to show you I am being transparent, so I add the files here too :)
