Hey everyone!  Here it is - my reaction to episode 17 of Kamen Rider Gotchard!  WHOA!!!!  We get more of Orange Gotchard in this one, and I've gotta tell you, it's looking really good for this new Gotchard to be someone from the future, don't you think?!  Also, WOW, not exactly sure what's going on with our Prof, but we've officially gone past the point of no return with the whole organization-turned-evil thing!  My money's on that he's being controlled, or possibly he's just going along with it to get them away from danger.  But WOW guys, like we're officially in Act 2 of the series, are we not?!  Cannot wait to see what happens next!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

The lyrics in the intro are definitely different, as evidenced in the translations. At first I was wondering what the reference to “eternal slumber” meant, but I think Glion (that’s what it sounds like they’re saying) was just talking about the moon Malgam, because he repeated it later. Apparently the Abyssalis Sisters might be… doll figures? In some weird ways that kind of tracks… So I guess Kyoka is kind of Spanner’s mom figure for lack of a better term? And she knows something’s up in the association - and that Fuga isn’t a traitor. But the real question is what the big secret is. This is not the first time they’ve mentioned “a catastrophic event from ten years ago” regarding alchemy, so you can bet that has something to do with all of this nonsense. I’m starting to wonder if the Orange Gotchard might be Hotaro from the future, and we’ve got kind of a Terminator situation on our hands here - he seems to know stuff that will happen and us trying to change the future? This is gonna get really timey wimey isn’t it… Well, one thing is for sure, he’s on a given name basis with Rinne (JP people use the family name unless they’re close friends or family - so this narrows down the candidate list.) Well, looks like new students. Well, that’s never good… Minato seems to have turned, but don’t ask me why I’m noticing this - it’s like his eyes never moved while he was in that scene. Almost robotic. So I’m trying to figure out what if anything that means. I have to go now, I think I might hear a TARDIS…. 👀

Yeah Clotho wanted to bat them up and Minato said to step down, that he’d take care of it. So my guess is he’s trying to run the students off.

The new version of the song is awesome! Ohhhh good call about the Moon Malgam reference. Yeah I think they're like voodoo Chemy dolls or something??? That's kind of how it's seeming??? Yeah mom/big sis figure is what I'm guessing. That's the question, right?! What on earth is the big secret. It seems like that's the going theory, that Orange Gotchard is Hotaro from the future. Definitely feeling the Terminator vibes! Right, the name thing is a big hint! Oh maybe Minato's under a spell or something? Many people think he's going along with it but hasn't really "turned". HAHAHHA what a crossover!!
