Hey everyone!  I'm BACK with more Spy x Family!  Here's my reaction to season 2, episode 2!  OMG!!!  This was sooooooooooo cute and wholesome, I almost died!!!!  Bond's adventure was just too sweet, I love that he's a genuine help to Loid too!  The comedy of errors for his motivation was fun!  I wanna hug him so much!!!!  And Damian's story was so sweet and whimsical too - and such an important message that there's more to life, success, and even learning than overworking yourself on one task.   This show makes me so happy I wanna cry!!!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

I just remembered how many fanart of SPY×FAMILY focused on Damien and Anya, especially when they are in teenage. Some made them into couple, some made then into a cute pair who are still just friends. Usually, they both have became Imperial Scholar, and Anya is usually stated that she recieved a lot Tonitrus, one has her received 7 out of 8 tornitrus already.

Out of context: This mission is about a dog on death’s door and trying as hard as he can to stay alive. Actual reaction: SQUEEEEE!!! You know as soon as Yor and cooking were mentioned in the same sentence I knew that the situation was dire. And as I type this I immediately think, “what would a Yor vs Shion cook off look like…” Quiet, brain! Let it be known that the motivation of good food is much more important than people realize. As for the other scenes he was picturing… was he seeing further into the future or were those just what if… flashes? It’s hard to know with Bond, but it’s clear the thought of eating momma’s cooking left him shaken, and he stirred into action. 😉 I’m starting to think Loid is a brilliant spy and observation expert - EXCEPT where his own family is involved - on that subject he’s literally a fish out of water and has no clue what any of them are doing. In other words - you’ve gone and developed a soft spot, you can’t fool us! Regarding the Damian episode I got done real RWBY reference vibes as his look when he wakes up is similar to Blake’s when she’s overlooking herself and his insatiable desire to please his father and not shame “the family name” gives me a lot of Weiss vibes, particularly from Ice Queendom. His friends are a bunch of goofballs but they’re HIS goofballs, even if he doesn’t realize it. Also, Master Henderson is much more shrewd than he’s letting on, he figured out what the two friends were doing and assigned them the same punishment, and then “arranged” for them to take the field research trip with Mr. Green. He’s got some elegance of his own in his manipulation. You can’t just do the same thing all the time. You’ll go crazy. You need to have time to relax. Heck, I know you love reacting and interacting with us: but I’m pretty sure there are times when you’re done where you just want to turn your brain off for a while, right? Doesn’t mean you aren’t enjoying yourself. I kind of wonder if this will change his dynamic with Anya at all, guess we’ll find out. Speaking of things that fluster him… And on that note, I’m gonna finish this comment and just chill. Join me, won’t you? 😎

Those two stories were really cute. I think this was needed in a way. We see Bond, Damien and his two confidants all the time but we never got any insight outside the usual funny business of home/school life. It still falls under the umbrella but overall it was just downtime for Damien, and Bond going full on mission mode on his own accord. Honestly this family would be a force to be reckoned with. You saw how Bond took that dude down?! And I love that we got to see the bond the Emile and Ewe. share with Damien. I remember thinking they were just going to be stereotypical lackeys when first introduced. We saw small moments before this, with them being understanding and considerate Damien says but it’s sweet to see how much they care and the lengths they’re willing to go for him. It’s seeet how much they look up to him. I have to remember that sitting behind a desk isn’t necessarily always the best way to study saying. It’s a good thing to work hard but same time doing that all the time just fries the brain. Busy life has me thinking that’s all that’s important but it’s definitely not. Rejuvenating the brain is also important. So let’s eat snacks. 🍟🍿🥨🥟🫒🥠

That's the thing, we never really get them all in the spotlight do we? This was so fun! OMG Bond really held his own! That family would be unstoppable working together! I think it was sweet to see the friendship bonds too, you're right that up until now it was hard to tell if they were just lackeys or real friends. It's a tough thing to remember but just keep in mind that refreshing your brain will help you in the long run!!! Snacks sound good to me!!!!!!!!
