Hey everyone!  I'm back with Jujutsu Kaisen season 2, episode 12!  WHOA!!!!!  You guys, I cannot tell you how much satisfaction I got from that scene with Nanami hahaha!!!  And omg, Ijichi might live?!  At least he didn't die!  Same for Ino!!  And wow....ummmmm you guys Toji is like, BACK back!!!!  This is not good!  But you know it's gonna be crazy intense!  Also shout out to Nobara for working really hard to hold her own here!  And I think we're in for some big battles for Yuji and Mei Mei!!!  Dang guys, things just heat up more every ep!  Excuse me while I play the Nanami scene in my head on loop XD  Can't wait for more!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

I guess we should bookmark this as the halfway point as we’re at episode 12 out of 23. Interesting note: the events of this episode took less than twenty minutes in real time, according to the alerts, and this whole thing started only two hours previously. Nanami starts the episode talking about how he doesn’t get sidetracked by anything until he ran into Ijichi. I think Yuji and Fushiguro might be the least aware of what’s going on at the moment but Fushiguro seemed extremely concerned that Yuji put his focus on solving the Gojo issue - also if anyone can handle themselves alone at the moment… it’s probably him. Toji is back, and it wasn’t part of the plan? No, you’re right. This is new… it’s gonna be interesting because you know he’s gonna end up running into Fushiguro somehow. Funny side note: when they rallied the votes for best boy last season, Toji ended up #10 on the list, which caused the site to make a few… comments about how deranged some of the fans were. 🤪 My brain is malfunctioning, I know the curse that went after Ijichi and now the two girls is the same, but I can’t for the life of me remember where he was e countered previously. His actions are interesting, though: it seems a lot of the curses gave the mindset of a small child. Deadly mindset, but they seem to feel like they’re just “playing.” Kugisaki isn’t as strong as some of the others - but she is more than willing to hold her own, even after she got her skull cranes in. She’s kind of a boss - I was waiting for her to say “I can do this all day.” Not as much of a boss as Nanami though good grief - don’t make him angry. I thought Gojo was scary, but you won’t like Nanami when he’s angry… oh, but when he landed the last punch all I saw was smoke. Is that really over? Mei Mei is in a Domain Expansion, but she seems to actually be relishing the challenge. I wonder if this will be a problem at all or she’s just playing with her food. I don’t remember why the curse Yuji ran into jerks talking about his brothers, at the moment. I swear, I think I have eighty percent of what’s actually going on figured out and then they open five new plot threads on me. I suppose that’s part of the charm. PS: if this was just the first half what’s the back half gonna look like? And… do I need to remind you to do iTunes shopping again? 😅

Hi Hime :) The flash we have when Nanami looks at Ichiji is the image of Yu, his partner in the flashback of the first five episodes who died at that moment. Nanami has a feeling of déjà vu and seeing the bodies of the other assistants only increased his anger. Mei-Mei is really intimidating, she has this "Step on me mommy" vibe, which goes very well in this episode with daddy Nanami. So we have a Toji in the wild, bringing a touch of chaos into the plan of "Not Geto", whether it will be in our favor or not, that is the question. So we have a trio with Nitta, Nobara and Nanami, triple N wins the jackpot? lol. No, but more seriously, having Nobara and Nanami, my two crushes from the series in the same episode makes me happy. You remember what Ino said, Yuji could give Nanami a hard time in terms of power, that means that Nanami is very strong too and there, we had a demonstration. In any case, these few minutes of Nanami are enough to really increase the temperature during the episode lol. Yuji vs Choso, all I can say is get ready. Ah and apparently, a little spoiler without being one, but we had a little passage of the recording of the voices for the episodes to come, Junya Enoki, who doubles Yuji, on his knees in complete breakdown to record his passage, because it is what the emotion and the moment demanded... It lets you imagine how joyful what's coming might be ^^'.

Choso, the curse Yuji run into at the end, is the third one of the brothers that Mahito stole in season 1. Yuji and Nobara kills two of them at the end of season 1, one of them use blood just like Choso.

I can’t think of anything that was mentioned of Toji’s abilities. His physical prowess I remember but anything else I’m not sure. Here he it sounds like he can’t make sense of how he’s back but he’s able to take over the window of opportunity because his bodies just different. I’m assuming that’s that pact he explained at the beginning of this season. I don’t know anymore then you do on that matter. Mei was amazing. I need at least one person who’s mostly chilling in this arc. She’s handling things pretty well. I need that balance. Encore! 👏 Who Nanami was scary. I’d hate to be on his bad side like that. That was awesome and chilling. He holds no punches in everything he does. I really really like his character. It’s someone you can respect. That was just amazing. Not just the beating but why he was so upset. He has a tough exterior but it shows how much he cares for his allies. And him just taking it out on that guy was just the cherry on top. 😩👌

Me neither, glad it's not just me! Yeah I think you might be right about the pact! I'm sure they'll explain it more, I just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing anything! Omg Mei, she was such a boss!! Seriously, Nanami is not to be messed with! He's so awesome!! I love his whole character and how layered he is. Him beating up that guy I hate so much already was sooooo satisfying lol!!!

Hi Spadeas! :) Ohhhhh was that what the flashback was?! Wowwww!! Lol Mei Mei was totally a mommy and Nanami was a daddy here lol! Toji being back is totally wild! Lots of N names in this one for sure! Ohhhh you're so lucky to have this awesome spotlight on your two loves!! That's actually kinda crazy to think that Yuji could be in the same league as Nanami, considering what we saw from him here. My temp was going up during the Nanami scenes for sure lol!! OMG I'm scared for Yuji vs. Chojo!!! WHOA!!! That sounds emotional for sure....I'm not ready!!!!!!!!!

This Jjk episode was just fantastic. I thought the last episode was my favorite but I think episode 12 surpassed it. So many things happened at the same time and my emotions were all over the place. I am very happy that Ino and Ijichi are still alive. Especially from Ino I would have liked to see more. I hope in the future he will be present again, because I found him very amusing as a character. I have mixed feelings about Toji's return. On the one hand, it will be interesting to see how he interacts with the other characters (especially Megumi). On the other hand, we already have other equally strong opponents for our heroes, so Toji's presence will only make things worse. But I have to admit that it was quite satisfying when Toji killed the old hag. Of course, I also have to talk about Nanami's fantastic performance. Nobara's fight against that male Barbie I can't remember the name of was a bit underwhelming. She couldn't land a single hit. In general, Nobara has been pretty useless so far this season. But I think she will get her deserved cool fight. During her fight, I was screaming in my head the whole time: Nanami get your ass to your students faster or everyone will die (he was really walking pretty slow). 🤣 Namami really made short work with Blondie and man was that satisfying. The complete scene was just great. I wanted to see the blond guy dead just as much as you did, and I don't think he'll get up again after those punches. Now I'm very curious about the fight with Yuji and Chousou. From what I have heard it should be awesome.

Hey Bellana!!! Wasn't it awesome! I think you're right, the eps just keep getting better. I'm so happy that Ino and Ijichi are alive too! It would've been a shame to lose Ino, you're right that he has so much potential! That's the thing, now it feels like the odds against them are just impossible with Toji back!!! I guess we'll see what happens. Getting rid of Granny was a win though lol. OMG Nanami!!! Hahahahha male Barbie!!!! Poor Nobara, I do hope that leads into some kind of good arc for her. Hahahah yeah he was taking his time to get there wasn't he?? Watching Nanami work his magic on blondie was for sure satisfying!!! Glad you were rooting for Nanami to kill him too lol, I can't see him being too well after a beating like that for sure. The next fight should be really good too, can't wait!!!!!!
