Hey everyone!  Here it is - my reaction to episode 6 of Kamen Rider Gotchard!  Dang, this was a great one for getting to know Spanner better....even though we still don't know a ton about him, I think I can size him up a bit better now!  Who knows, he may have made some progress in his campaign to win Rinne's heart too.  Seeing an alchemist malgam was pretty freaky, and you can tell the Sisters were really into that idea.  I'm excited that we're fleshing out characters more!  And it was fun to see Hotaro get jealous for a bit haha!  Spanner's even an amazing cook, wow!  Can't wait for more!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

WTH is that purple omelette?! I feel like super LOL when I first see it. Are you into purple that much? LOL. Anyway, I kinda scare Minato for little bit now that he can freely manipulate people memory. Is he the cause why alchemists like Rinne and Spanner doesn't remember people well?

Hi Hime :) Not much to say about this one, except that Spanner definitely has the gift of making enemies wherever he goes with his attitude. I'm not as sure as you about his intentions towards Rinne. Even here, I wonder if he didn't offer the chemy to Rinne knowing that the malgam was following him and that she would thus be a good bait to bring him out... I can't help but think that the alchemy school isn't that "good". For the "face" of the malgam, it was in fact eagle's claws, a bit like gorilla sensei who had a fist-shaped face. For the moment, whether it is the Gotchard form or the malgams, we remain on fairly simple designs with an identical base and just a few elements that change. We'll see if we have more variety later.

You thinking you’re shaking the camera while grooving is about the same as when you apologize for your stomach growling… most of the time nobody notices unless you say something about it. Speaking of stomachs… you’re REALLY trying to figure out how he did that whole purple egg thing? I’m no chef, but maybe it was food coloring? It almost looked like he poured purple slime in the pan before he started. Also Hotaro’s even more on edge now because his mom started asking, basically, if Spanner could take his spot. Hotaro, to Rinne’s amusement, is being pretty obvious about his envy. So, it seems that the alchemist club has its own privileged information section, which Monato accessed for information on Bolt. I’m sorry, but every time Hotaro pulls out the Ant Chemy, I’m smack dab in the middle of a certain arc in Hunter x Hunter and it’s giving me different vibes because of it. We established that the pairings of Chemies equal ten but I wonder if there’s any significance to their individual numbers. Also, Gorilla (8) was able to home in on Burning (2) - so is this why Hotaro seems to be ending up in the same place as Rinne? Also, when he caught her from being dropped, the RWBY script in me was wishing would’ve done the “my hero” line. I’m not sure if Spanner is truly interested in Rinne like that, he spoke quite coldly to her after rescuing her. I’m getting mixed signals. He’s almost robotic… which brings me to this. He keeps saying certain lines over and over, mostly when annoyed - such as “what a ridiculous joke,” and “you are hopelessly untalented.” It’s almost like an auto reflex. At the end of the episode, Minato wiped Bolt’s memory - deserved, but it got me thinking: you’d think Spanner would at least have some idea or recollection of the original event. Is it possible HE has had his memory wiped and doesn’t realize it? I’m starting to have a few suspicions about the teacher, too… oh well, it’s probably nothing. Let’s go back to mom’s hangout and practice cooking, because every single organization in the Reiwa era Kamen Riders have been employed by has been one hundred percent legit. Right…? 😁 Things are getting spicy.

Is there anything Spanner can’t do?! I’m liking getting to know him. I feel Hotaro a little here because I hate those mister perfect types showing me up in every category. Oof and even out-cooked him in his own family restaurant, and left a tip! :0 And yes! A fine cook is definitely on my resume as well but honestly someone handing me a bag of cotton candy or some cereal would win my heart over. I’m easy to please. 🍽 😍

Lol he really is quite skilled! I get that, I'm the same way haha. He showed him up big time, poor Hotaro!! OMG seriously, I'm glad you agree!! And for real haha, it doesn't have to be a 5 course meal, a hearty snack would do the trick too!!!! XD

Oh I'm glad it's not that noticeable lol, I should probably stop calling it out then. :P Hahaha yeah food coloring is a good bet probably! Hotaro's obvious flustered-ness is pretty fun lol. Oh good call about the "privileged information". Hahahaha omg I totally get the ant arc trauma, trust me!!! Ohhhh interesting point about the pairings, hmmm! Lol every ep should have a good RWBY reference or two! Yeah I'm really curious about Spanner's intentions, I'm honestly not sure. There is something very robotic about his behavior. OMG so someone else mentioned the memory wipe thing and now I'm so curious!!!! Like I thought he just didn't care enough to remember that guy, but now I'm wondering. I hope it's nothing about the teacher too but that memory wipe thing has gotten me thinking. It wouldn't be the first time a KR organization was shady! Things are heating up for sure!
