Hey everyone!  Here I am with Jojo Part 4, episode 27!!! OMG!!!  Are we really dealing with aliens now?!!?!  I guess so!!!!  There's SO much to unpack here with literally discovering that aliens exist, this person came from another place in the universe that no longer exists, has incredible powers, etc.  But of course, Josuke's first thought is to scheme to get some money :P  LOL!!!
I LOVE it when he schemes though, it's just the best!  And I can't BELIEVE they ended me where they did!!!!  Like did he get away with it?!!?  Rohan was so suspicious!!!  Hahaha this show is amazing!  Great ep!  Can't wait for more!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

Hi Hime :) Oh I forgot to tell you about the new theme, but seeing your reaction I think it's just as well lol. It is the last on the other hand you suspect it, but will it remain identical all along? After all, the first was entitled to two versions and with visual changes. Small detail that already puts on the track that the husband is Kira and not the real husband, you see him mistaking the key on his way home, because he doesn't know which one is the right one yet. Kira's father is voiced by Shigeru Chiba, whom many people know for his role as Baggy the clown in One Piece, but who you may know more for Pilaf and Raditz in Dragon Ball or Jogo in Jujutsu Kaisen (the volcano curse) . Kira's father is indeed a stand user, Atom Heart Father being his name. I don't know if it's clearly said or not, but it seems to me that it's strongly implied that Reimi is Kira's first victim, and that he didn't have a Stand at the time. So no, Kira was already a psychopath before being a stand user, a bit like Dio, it's the stand that corresponds to the nature of a person and not the other way around. Knowing that Kira is a killer who "needs" to kill but that he must hold back to "live in peace", the symbolism of a time bomb is rather well thought out, isn't it? The new wife of "Kira" explained that her husband was boring, never complains and accepts all, suddenly her husband cooks, apologizes to her and in addition steals money in front of her, the excitement returns. If in addition he shows himself "enterprising" with her, it's like a new youth for her so we can excuse her. Ken, the kid who plays Janken, has "Boy II man" as a stand, of course a reference to the group, Boyz II men. Ken says "good" after Rohan agrees to play, does that remind you of a certain sibling, fan of betting and games? Araki makes a nod to himself here, referring to brother D'arby and this will not be the last time. For Rohan, he's not necessarily a "good" or "bad" character, he lives according to what he wants and that's all. But yes, he is a pretty bad loser and you not only see him with Ken, but you will also see him with Josuke during his dice game. In the end, he probably respects Jotaro and Joseph, for their experience and the fact that they are adults, but the only Jojobro he likes is Koichi. Which means that Rohan and Yukako are not necessarily on good terms, each wanting Koichi for themselves lol. You can also see that Araki likes Rohan, because with each new appearance, he has a different outfit. We can appreciate Araki's stylistic talent through Rohan's designs and he is undoubtedly the one who had the most different look with Joseph (but Joseph is on three parts in comparison). An alien capable of changing shape, which surrounds someone like a garment and sensitive to sound, does that mean anything to you? I think it's a reference probably to other alien movies, but also Venom from the Marvel universe. It is never revealed if Nu Mikitakazo Nshi is actually an alien or not, but Araki still gave the name "Earth wind and fire" to his ability. Most theory says the arrow bounced because he already has a stand, even though he can't see the other stands. But if some non-stand users can see stands, maybe the reverse is possible ? This cheating side of Josuke, really comes from his father in the end, it is in these moments that you see that he is indeed Joseph's son.

So not-so-fun fact: Kira's mom is abusive(waaaaay too overprotective, apparently).while his father is neglectful to that abuse. This is a part of the backstory that we will not see, because while Araki did come up with that... He also didn't want people sympathizing with Kira, so he left it out. Honestly as someone who wrote stories with someone who quite literally refused to let me keep my villains as hateable villains, I can understand not wanting to give people that Avenue... xD I can see it tho, Kira DESPERATELY wanting a quiet life(so his mom can probably leave him alone) while I can see his father getting obsessed with keeping Kira safe once he had Stand Power... Either that or it activated upon death. Either way I can see him trying to make up lost time being a neglectful father by covering his son's murders. I just wandered what happened to the mother. Something tells me she died of unnatural causes, but we'll never know. Though I've been excited to tell you who voices Kira's Dad in the anime... Somebody already covered it and use all the examples I wanted to use... sooo.... That's what I get for not pre-making these. :/ So I dunno. I guess his character in All Star Battle was voiced by Bin Shimada. In One Piece he voices Wapol, Foxy, and some dude named Shimotsuki Yasuie. Honestly he voices some of the more annoying villains that you want to see get knocked out the moment they start stirring up trouble. He's also Japanese Broly from DBZ(And DBS now), and voices Zack from the Dead or Alive games. He also does japanese dubbing for Steve Carell and Mark Hamill, specifically the Star Wars stuff. In All Star Battle, Kira's Dead was a stage hazard in Kira's house, which is a stage. All he does is fly around in a set path swinging his knife. The stage also has a Stage "Fatality", 'cept the loser just ends up getting throw into Kira's Notebook(which is floating in the air) and both ends up falling to the floor where the last shot zooms in on the entry where he claims he's invincible that day. ...I feel like I keep skipping this episode on rewatches most of the time, and I honestly don't know why since I actually like this episode. Unlike Janken Kid. xD But of course since Rohan has a busted stand, dude just can't get roped into a fair fight to take advantage of his powers. Dude ALWAYS have to fight at a disadvantage. Janken Kid is voiced by Miho Hino in All Star Battle, who seems to have mostly bit parts or at least roles from shows I haven't seen yet? The only one that I can note is a freakin' Hetsu from the Breath of the Wild Zelda series. You've definitely heard her in Jojo Stardust Crusaders though, she was the kid that D'arby had paid off to be the dealer for his game. In the anime he's voiced by Chika Sakamoto, who voices Agumon most of the time. And finally we got Yasuyuki Kase, who only voices him in the anime since Mikitaka Hazekura is not even a support item in the game. ...However that is not to say that Yasuyuki DIDN'T have a role to play in that game, but it's a shame I can't talk much about. I'll only say this about his character... He plays the part of the Big Bad of Part 7. Just looking at most of his roles, it'd make sense why they chose him but anymore is giving away too much information on him. Araki accidentally used 'Earth, Wind, and Fire' as a stand name once again in Part 6, but he ended up changing that stand's name. That being said... While this kid's status on whether he's human or alien is deliberately kept a mystery, I WANT TO BELIEVEEEEEEEEE... But I can't go into more why I think this way. Not when a critical piece of information for my theory is locked away in Part 6 for now. I wouldn't say that him being an alien would be out of place for Jojo.

2023-08-28 23:35:31 Hello Melissa, first things first i love your new Jojo stuff, ALL OF IT! The keychains are super cute and the photo of the Stardust Crusaders is super great too. Now you have a bit of merch from each Joestar. I´m so proud of you❤️ I am also wearing my Rohan earrings today. What a coincidence😉 Also, I'm definitely support the idea that you play Joestar Struck on your channel. I'm so excited to see what decisions you'll make and how you'll react to the different twists and turns of the game. I just tried the Jonathan route the other day and failed terribly at getting the good ending. I thought I made the right decisions the whole time, because everything went well until the end. But in the last chapter I made a wrong decision and even got the bad ending. How can you get the bad ending with such a lovely soul like Jonathan🥲😭? I have so bad luck in this game. I think other people would also find the game interesting. You can, if not enough people report back make a poll about it? Now about the episodes. I love the fact that Kira has to face his greatest fear through his new identity: Adapting to a new environment without being able to perform his weird "habits". I have to admit that he doesn't look bad with his new face either. It even suits him quite well. Now I can finally talk about one of my favorite ships in Jojo. I know Kira x Shinobu isn't exactly the healthiest ship in Jojo, but somehow I like their dynamic with each other (this will also be deepened more later). Be prepared that I'll talk about them more often in the near future and also post some fancomics🤭🫣. The question of how "Ghost Dad" met Enya and got the stand arrow is unfortunately never properly answered. But we now know that Kira got his stand from that arrow, but he was already a killer before that. The rapid growth of his fingernails symbolizes his urge to kill. The faster they grow, the greater his urge to satisfy his fetish. The Janken episode is very funny and shows what a wonderful character Rohan is. With this episode you have reached the 100th episode of Jojo. Congratulations there are only 89 episodes to go🥳🤩. I look forward to enjoying more episodes with you. The Alien episode is one of my favorites in DiU. Mikitaka is a very likeable boy even though no one really knows if he is an alien or not. I'll explain my theory about that in more detail next week. I find it so funny that Josuke doesn't miss any chance to annoy Rohan and get some money. He really reminds me a lot of Joseph in this. Don't worry you will see the result of the game next week and it will be very bizarre🤣. Now to the new opening "Great Days". Great Days is my second favorite Jojo opening. I love this op so much that it makes me tear up almost every time. It just gives such great, relaxed vibes and always makes you sing along. Every time it comes up in your Reaction, I promise I will sing along loudly! I forgot to mention last week that I really came to love Jotaro over the course of DiU. Towards the end of SDC, I actually liked him a lot, but he developed really well in Part 4. I think a mentor role suits him better. However, he is still my least favorite Jojo and that has to mean something. “We’re having a very weird day.” It’s Jojo. What’s a normal day? I should point out the pronunciation of the town, you are slightly off - the dialogue is saying it as “More-EYE-oh.” It just occurred to me that in a twisted sense this really is Death Note because everyone’s looking for Kira. So, Stands, DIO, reincarnation, ghosts… what are we missing… as if that wasn’t enough, let’s throw aliens into the mix just to see what happens? This whole episode is misunderstanding after misunderstanding - first, it’s Kira trying to suppress his urges while the wife is trying to kindle a fire. Then, it’s the two boys thinking they’re being pranked while… the alien is literally trying to explain what’s going on… also can you pull ANYTHING out of that bag…? Look, I’m just here getting ahead of this now… If his spaceship looks anything like a blue telephone box… You know what, I don’t think the headphones would survive that one. Can I point out when he transformed into sneakers it kinda felt like a spin on the ET Bicycle scene except it was daytime? I want to know if you’ve put the Josuke villain face as your phone’s screen lock image yet. 🙃 Oh look we are making the alien turn into dice… are they (cough) LUCKY DICE? Better not roll bad luck…! Oh wait that series came later! By the way you were thinking out loud earlier about how to approach the rest of the season, I’ll point out there’s twelve episodes left… so you could try to do fancy footwork - or accept the mathematical fact you’ll have to divide the four parter at some point and just continue with three a piece per week and you’ll end up finishing at the same pace. If I remember correctly the last intro was at episode 14 so this part effectively divided each intro to the same amount of episodes. Just stuff to think about. If Rohan doesn’t realize just how shady this is well… then again it’s anime they like to be (sarcastic font) OVERDRAMATIC! As far as you playing the dating game, I don’t know much about it - clearly it’s not targeted at me but it might be… amusing. 😂

Yep you and that wife have the same taste in troublemakers. Let’s see how Joestar struck goes 🤩. If I had to choose either Joseph or Jousuke. I’d just have fun with them. I love Josuke! Let’s be honest, we’d all try something like this to make a quick buck. He’s a good guy but also relatable haha! 🎲 👽 Oooh when they described the nails process I understood it but I thought it’d be like how some elderly people are in tune with the weather. Example, a lady having a stiff shoulder is a normal indication of a cold front coming in, or a back pain for someone could mean a long winter or whatever. I thought it was something close to that. I’ve never met anyone who has this ability but apparently it’s a thing when one grows up. I thought it would be something like that. Like he grows his nails and at a certain height he hits a feeling or something. No they grow super unnaturally instantly. I have more questions now about this and I don’t know where to start. 💅

I think I'll have to carve out some time for it now if you guys are down to watch me play! Oooohhh good choices! They would be super fun boyfriends I think! I'm definitely gonna have to try Joseph first <333 Then Josuke hehe. OMG same, like I shouldn't love him in this mode but I just absolutely do haha. I meaaannn.....anyone can be like "that's not right" when it's not them but.....how many of us would try if we had the chance??? :P Ok I'm so glad you brought up the nails cause I'm legit in the same situation!!! I thought it was more or less metaphorical and/or something mostly in Kira's head...similar to the weather thing you mentioned. But after seeing the nails growing literally, I'm wondering if it's a) really still in his head and he's just seeing it American Psycho style or b) if maybe his Stand brought that aspect to life?? Same!!! I have more questions than answers haha.

Hi Spadeas! :) Hahaha omg it surprised me so much, I love it! I've been playing it on a loop! I already know there's an English version, is that the other version? Or maybe there's another...!!! No kidding about Kira's dad's VA!! Oh ok, thanks for the info about his dad's Stand! I think you're right, the timing adds up that Reimi is his first victim. And yeah, it makes total sense that he was a killer before getting his Stand, much like Dio, and also it would make sense that Killer Queen was so suited to his murders because of it being so heavily linked to Kira's own mental energy. Yeah it's crazy to think that this is what infused their marriage with some excitement but....I guess it's working for her lol. Yes, I love the Boys II Men reference! Ohhhhhh I didn't even catch the D'arby reference, that's awesome! Yeah I love that Rohan isn't really moral good, he's just kind of doing his thing, but still has some standards lol. I can see Rohan being somewhat attached to Koichi, which is really gonna be a problem with Yukako lol! Oh that's a good point, I guess that's a big sign of affection when someone gets lots of different outfits! Joseph had a few throughout Parts 2 and 3 but this is definitely a bit more frequent! Oh yeah, I can see how that particular alien movie is the biggest reference! Hmm, I never considered that maybe he's just a Stand user that can't see Stands....I bought it that he was an alien with very little question haha. OMG, the mischievous side of Josuke has Joseph written all over it!!! I love it!!!

Ohhh I'm sorry someone already beat you to it with the VA info! That's cool about his VA from the game though! Ohhhhh I thought Janken Boy sounded familiar, wow!!!!!!! Thanks for the info! Rohan's got a great Stand and he's so much fun too watch! The kid definitely grates on the nerves a bit haha but hopefully he'll be more chill next time we see him. It always puts a smile on my face.🥰 In Joestar Struck you can continue playing from save points, but I would recommend always starting from the beginning, because then you can reconsider all your decisions. I can highly recommend the Jonathan route, because it contains the best surprises so far. But I think you will try all the routes anyway. Each route takes about 15-20 minutes. I am very happy that you like Great Days so much. I always listen to the song loudly when I'm driving or cooking. Just like you, I have great memories with this song. I wasn't born in 1999 but the song always reminds me of the summer of 2021 when I watched DiU for the first time. Because I just read it in another comment. I can make you a watchlist for Part 5, because it's usually hard for people who haven't seen it to tell which episodes belong together, and since I consider myself a Part 5 expert, I'd be happy to take on the task if you don't mind. ☺️

It's a shame it got left out, because I feel like the circumstances of her life and death *must* have played a big role in Kira becoming a serial killer. Like I'm willing to bet that either she's Kira's first victim, or her death ended up being that catalyst that stopped holding his murderous intent back. Right? We've had vampire(and SUPER vampires), we've had zombies, we've had ghosts... And there's a WHOLE bunch of weird stuff in the Rohan side series(and don't get me started on Part 8 with all the "Dododo De Dadada" stuff)... Plus it's just way more interesting if he's an alien rather than some kid who has that Chūnibyō and for SOME reason is pretending not being able to see stands. ...Also you know what's messed up? While I'm sure Kira's dad wouldn't care about any casualties from using the arrow on wrong people, but how much do you want to bet that he's actually 100% successful in turning people into stand users? ...Okuyasu's brother was TRAAAAAAAAAASH, man. I'm so glad you tried one of Tonio's recipes. Tonio's recipes are simply the best. The puttanesca is one of the tastiest pasta dishes I have made myself. I cooked the recipe as a surprise for my brother, who is also a big Jojo fan. When I have a bit more time I will try the other Jojo's in Joestar Struck. I'm actually very excited about Jotaro. I'm not so sure if there is a Tonio recipe book. I actually always used the information in the episode and some YouTube videos as a guide. I've thought of something special for the watch list, which I won't reveal just yet, because it's supposed to be a little surprise. I think I'll send them to you about 2 weeks before part 5 starts. Then you can plan well. I'm really looking forward to the Part 4 Finale and of course to Part 5.🥰

I feel like there's two ways Kira's mom could have possibly died. She was either the first victim(out of passion or just self-defense when she's getting particularly abusive), or she died in a freak accident(perhaps crushed by some sort of debris/landslide) with her hand being the only body part of hers coming out untouched. If anything, Aliens being in Jojo would be surprisingly kind of normal compared to the other stuff. xD ...Is it just me or would Kira's Dad and Enyaba make a good couple? ...I mean they'd be terrible and EVIL, but I feel like they're two rotten pieces of trash that were made for each other. xD

Now that you've seen Part 5, here's my theory: Mikitaka is a Stand User from another planet. Ths virus came from space, so who's to say there can't be Stand Users on other planets. The reason he couldn't see Crazy Diamond is because his powers work differently due to his alien physiology.
