Hey everyone!  Here I am with Jojo Part 4, episode 10!!!  Oh man, I knew I was in for it with a cute title like this, but I really didn't see it coming that....well....it would all end up being above board???  This show has trained me to expect the worst so much that it was a giant twist to have someone who's genuinely using their Stand for good, despite the initial appearances!!!!  As a foodie, I loved and hated these representations of food all at the same time haha!!!  Even the dog (who I'm told is the last bit of dog violence on this show) was better off at the end!  And speaking of the end........OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Is it my birthday?!  Because this show is handing me a big old gift-wrapped surprise!!!!!!!  I literally cannot wait to see my guy again!!!  Can't wait for more!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

Alright, so assume my first posts on Jojo reactions are pre-made. = v= There's not much I can do since I'm on the road when these come out. Anywho, who knew Bruford from Part 1 would end up returning as a reincarnation in Part 4? xD I hope you noticed the similarities between Buford and Yukako's powers. However there's a lot to talk about Yukako, like the fact that her character is based off that one girl from the story 'Misery'... Which I'm sure you've heard but on the off chance you need context, a writer ends up getting into an accident and a fan(the character Yukako was inspired by) ends up nursing him back to health while slowly revealing just how truly insane she was... She ends up forcing him to write a book, and even breaks one of his legs when he tried to escaped and failed. Her stand, Love Deluxe was named after an album from English Band 'Sade'. Yukako's design was used in making Midler's design for the Stardust Crusader Capcom game (If you don't remember who Midler is, she's the one they fought in the sub and knocked her teeth out)... There's even a Tardigrade subspecies named after her(because the scientists felt like the hairs on it's body looked like they were controlled by Love Deluxe), the 'Neostygarctus lovedeluxe'. She was not a playbable character in the PS3 Jojo Fighting game... But she WAS available when Eyes of Heaven came out. She's interestingly one of the only other characters with dynamic voice lines, swapping out different versions of battle grunts or quotes depending if Love Deluxe is active. Her voice actress in Eyes of Heaven was Chinatsu Akasaki. You might recognize her from Jujutsu Kaisen as Kasumi Miwa, she was Airi Katagiri from Erased, Felt from Re:Zero, Alice Nakiri from Food Wars!, Mitsuru from Fruits Basket, and she even returns to Jojo as a character in a Spin-Off: Thus Spoke- ...Actually, maybe I should hold off on saying the full title for now, at least until a certain character shows up. Just know it's a Spin-Off manga to Part 4, officially written and drawn by Araki himself. It also has an anime adaptation that might be worth getting into, though it's exploring stuff that doesn't really loop back into Jojo... Just showing some weird stuff that happens in this world, as not ALL of it's mysteries can be led back to stands... ...Like the stone mask(Not that it's going to EVER be brought up again.xD) ...However Chinatsu doesn't voice Yukako in the anime, it's Mamiko Nako who... Uh... She seems to be pretty popular in the industry. For instance she played Shinji Kazama in Full Metal Panic, and also played Rin in Inuyasha when she first showed up in the anime, and still voices her to this day. She also voice Fuuka from Persona 3, she voices Katsuyu(Tsunade's Slug summon) from Naruto, Marvis Vermillion in Fairy Tale, Hinako Inui from Food Wars, And she even shows up in the Don Brothers as the 'Mother' of Don Murasame... A voice in his head that tells him to attack people. xD I'm merely skimming the surface, she's got ALOT of roles. As for Koichi... Look at that, his stand has evolved into Semi-Perfect Cell! ...Of course this is the cooler version of that cell in my opinion, definitely cuter too. While I would say that the change was because of Koichi's Mental strength, that his stand ended up evolving into a brand new stand with entirely new powers... Buuuuuuut since I feel like you have questions for Act 1/Act 2, I'll try to see if this answers one of them: He has the ability to switch between Act 1 and 2 at will. NOW LET'S CHECK TO SEE HOW MANY STAND USERS RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS HAD MADE COMPARED TO OKUYASU'S BROTHER: Okuyasu's brother: 3 Red Hot Chili Pepper: 0 ....Oh wait, I forgot, Angelo counts. So that's *4* stand users that Okuyasu's brother had made. ...Step up your game, RHCP! xD The episode with the Italian Restaurant has to be one of the reasons why I love this Part so much. It may not forward the plot, heck Antonio had awakened as a Stand User by himself, so he's not even an innocent victim of the bow and arrow. It's only in this part do we get to see just a hint of what daily life is like in this kind of world... A glimpse of what characters would be doing without the pressure of being a protagonist of Jojo weighing them down *too* hard with destiny. It just gives characters plenty of time off to goof around. And to think this episode of Jojo was made when Araki decided to challenge himself... To see if he can make a horror/suspense story over cooking and food. xD He also plays a little more of a part in the Part 5 spin-off novel.... More on that later. His Stand's name is Pearl Jam. o: And YES, I would have a full course meal prepared by Antonio. I would probably have to eat alone because I feel like my body would be like... destroyed and rebuilt from the ground up. xD In all star battle he wasn't a playable character, being a quote for his stand ability and maybe showing up in menus. He was voiced by Daisuke Matsubara, who seems more like a guy who does a lot of 'Solder B, Townsfolk C' kind of roles. Heck in the Kamen Rider Climax Heroes game, he voices Kuuga. Antonio is voiced in the anime by Tokuyoshi Kawashima. You might know him from Hunter x Hunter as Kastro... The guy who made a doppleganger of himself with Nen in the Arena arc, but then Hisoka utterly bullied him and showed everyone how silly that technique was. He's also Naomasa Tsukauchi from My Hero Academia, he's one of All Might's friends. Seems he's just mostly a dub actor for films being brought into Japan. He played Casey Jones in a few Japanese Dubs of TMNT, and played Terry McGinnis from Batman Beyond. And no more pupper cruelty anymore. o: ...Hmmm... Did the OP sound different in the Yukako episodes? ...Nah, that's probably my imagination. (...*WHEW* dat's a lot of text, I apologize. D: )

OMG I am kicking myself right now that I totally forgot about Bruford until you mentioned him!!! Dang it, that's such an awesome connection too!!!! I guessed the Misery reference right away though, so I guess 1 out of 2 isn't bad lol. Oh yeah, I remember Midler! No kidding about the design, wow! No kidding about the VA's other work, wow!!! Oh wow, no kidding about the future spin-off with a character I don't know yet!!!! That's crazy!!! :O It sounds worth checking out, maybe once I'm caught up with Jojo. Hahaha yes now he's Semi-Perfect Cell!!! Ohhhh that's interesting that Koichi can switch between Act 1 and 2!!! I kinda thought it was like a Pokemon that evolved and now he'll just be Act 2. I did put together that it was the change in his mental energy/strength that provoked it though. Wow, so RHCP hasn't really done anything yet?! Jeez! Why did I think he made Hazamada for some reason? That's not possible though, because he was using his Stand to hurt his friend and whatnot way earlier than when RHCP got the bow, so nevermind. Hahaha I LOVE that Antonio has nothing to do with this, he's just a really devoted chef who happens to have a Stand that was unrelated to all this mess!!! It's so fun! Araki succeeded in a foodie horror story :O Pearl Jam, I love it!! The reference and also the fact that it has jam like the food in it! Hahahaha I agree, like the benefits of the meal would be extraordinary but it would be a horrible mess initially!!! No kidding about his VA, wow! Who knew he had connections to Kamen Rider and so many other things! YAY no more pupper violence, I'm so happy!!!!!!!!! Hi Hime :) The chef's real name is Tonio Trussardi, his name this time referring to Nicola Trussardi, a fashion designer. However, his stand does refer to music since it is Pearl Jam. As French, I'm not very far from Italy so I can also say that I eat a lot of Italian cuisine and tomato with mozzarella is really good as a starter. Personally, I love spicy food. A friend gave me a set of chilli sauce for my birthday, including chipotle and reaper ^^ So spaghetti with a spicy sauce wouldn't last long for me lol And yes, old Joseph is back, for a new part. Three places where he is now, he will have greatly exceeded his grandfather (even if we can count Dio with Jonathan's body as a second appearance of him?). But before that, remember he's really old now, he's approaching 80.

Honestly checking out that Spin-Off anime after you caught up will be for the best, and appropriate to be honest. The Anime adopts more of the modern Arakai Art style to it, so after Part 6 would be a perfect spot.

I hear you, spicy food is pretty amazing! Wow, it just amazes me that Joseph has made it this far, I really wasn't sure if we'd see him again. I wonder that about whether the "body" appearance can technically count for Jonathan, but even still, Joseph's got that topped! I know, the way they keep talking about him, it seems like he's gonna be pretty frail :/ But at least he's alive!!! I can't wait to see him meet his son!!!!

Oh! I forgot to mention one thing... Well, two things, but it's about the Pearl Jam stand. 1. In the All Star Battle game, it was called 'Opal Jam', but they switched it 'Pole Jam' for the anime. 'Pole Jam' is actually a Skateboarding technique, soo.... Kind of neat, I suppose. xD 2.... Do you think the stand itself is an Attack of the Killer Tomatoes reference? I haven't seen anything that indicates that it is... But... I don't think it'd be surprising if Araki has heard of it...

This episode is one of my favourites from Part 4. This might be one of the funniest JoJo episodes, and Okuyasu is most of the reason for that. I love this boy so much. He is so precios for me. Pearl Jam is the stand that seems the most useful for an average person. It's not for fighting, just literally makes food healthier. And Tonio is a really nice person. I wish his restaurant is in my neighborhood too so I could eat great Italian food and be cured of physical ailments at the same time. The best news from this episode is that Joseph will be also in Part 4. I´m so happy. Your reaction to this scene was so sweet. It's obvious that you love Joseph very much. I can´t blame you. I love him also very much. By the way, I have cooked all of Tonio's dishes that were presented in this episode. They were all super delicious. Also, during my vacation in Sicily last year, I ate the black pasta that Joseph had in Battle tendency. I didn't think I would like it because I don't like squid and the black color comes from squid ink. But I have to admit that the pasta was super tasty and it made me feel even more connected to Joseph. I don't know why many in the comments think this is the last brutal scene with dogs but just to warn you, the violence against dogs is not quite over yet. A tragic scene will still happen, but it will take a few more episodes until then. Maybe I ruined your day with this message, I apologize for that, but I think it is better that you are warned. I think I can sum up how you’re feeling in the following sentence: “This show is giving me trust issues.” Anyway I like Italian myself, but with a title like that it’s like “what are you cooking in the kitchen this time?” Jojo writer: “We’ve gotten her completely nervous whenever we put a dog on screen now, so let’s go after her love of food next.” One thing about looking at the “substitute titles” is they’re so bad sometimes it’s almost it’s own brand of comedy. Like when Onyasu refers to “Champ,” I think it’s pretty obvious he’s talking about Rocky. This is basically the show doing a feint, and looking like it’s about to pull the rug out from under you, and then they keep saying “JUST KIDDING!” We might need to put a countdown on the scream at the reveal at the end of the episode before you blow everyone’s ears when this hits YouTube… XD Also are you alone in the house (dog not included), because after that I’m starting to wonder if one day your reactions in general are gonna give yourself a heart attack! XD In that case, maybe we need to book you for a reservation, seems to be more effective than current US medical practices. Let’s not go down THAT road… 😅 So, I’m confused, is he a chef or a surgeon? Either way I’m thinking this might be the first non party regular who owns a Stand and isn’t blatantly against the main groups. Joseph’s coming back, now you’re second guessing your wish, aren’t you? I am pretty sure I can hear him screaming OMG across the state already…! PS: Nice little note for ya, whenever my dog hears your “Hey, everyone,” she comes right up to me for attention cause she knows I’m not going anywhere for a bit. XD

I know right!! Like I wouldn't say it was wholesome nice but it ended well and it was pretty funny so it's all good haha! LOL!!!! I know!!! Like on the one hand I'm still mad....on the other hand I'm just happy my man is almost here!!! It's a weird conflict haha. Oh yeah and by the way, I had a new fear unlocked after I thought about it for a while.....he's almost undoubtedly gonna have to see Josuke's mom again....and judging by her reaction to Jotaro a few eps ago, I can only imagine how that's gonna play out....!!!!!! :/

Oh I had trust issues, this show is just cementing them into my core personality :P That was my thought exactly, like there was no way this was just gonna be a purely cute foodie ep! It actually ended up a lot nicer than I thought it would lol. NOOOOOO they already took dogs from me, not food too!!! Ohhhhh was that what it was supposed to be really, Rocky? I didn't pick up on it!!! Dang, they can't even mention a movie?! They gave me whiplash with how much they faked me out on this one! Hahaha that might not be a bad idea about the countdown....sorry for any ear discomfort I may have caused you :P You know that's a good thought, I should probably install a panic button just in case my heart gives out during one of these reactions and I need to call for help! Oh jeez, compared to the state of US healthcare, I might just be better off trusting the process at this restaurant instead :P I mean I think he's both?? Seriously, this is like the first Stand user who's just kinda there doing his thing lol. Hahaha somewhere off in the distance I can hear screams!!! If you listen closely the OMG's, Oh No's, and strings of profanity float on the wind like a melody :P I'm already second guessing the wish though, like as much as I wanna see him, now I've gotta stress about his safety from Stand users and from Josuke's mom...!! Hahahaha well I'm glad to hear you're so focused during my reactions, thank you!!! Buffy knows my intro is a signal to go try and get away from mom's antics as fast as possible!!

I know, I agree!!! Like I don't exactly blame her but at the same time, stay away :P I'm not even sure if they're still together but here's hoping they decided to work things out because I just love Suzi Q!!!! I guess we'll find out in the next eps...!!! :O

Like with Echoes evolving from Act 1 to Act 2. If you like learning about stands, check out xForts on YouTube. He has videos explaining all the stands from Part 3 to Part 7. Part 7 hasn't been adapted yet, so if you wanna so those stands, you either buy the Manga or watch his video.

That's true! It does make a lot of sense! That video sounds interesting, I'd love to see it but I might hold off so I don't get spoiled on any Stands from Parts 5 - 7 :) I heard the anime for Part 7 might come out next summer, but I'm not sure if that's true!!! I hope so!! I'll be caught up by then :D
