Hey everyone!  Here I am with Jojo season 2, episode 43!!!  OMG!!!!!!!!  You guys, things go so dangerous SO fast!!!  Vanilla Ice is no joke!!!  I still have no idea how this void thing works, but WOW, I was not expecting to see Iggy get brutalized (a million times NO), and Polnareff....!!!!  This is where it started to sink in to me that we were really, honestly not gonna make it out of this without losing someone.  I was really started to accept that this was goodbye for Polnareff here.  Dang it guys, I miss the silly episodes of several eps ago!!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

I’m watching these blind and then popping over here afterwards, but a couple of things I thought about: First, the whole “death ball corridor” chase scene with Iggy and Polnareff - was I the only one getting Indiana Jones vibes from that? Also it seems that Vanilla Ice was so enraged at striking a image of DIO, that he didn’t want to just devour Iggy because that would be over in a second - no he deliberately wanted to drag this out and make him suffer as long as possible. Which makes me think, “oh, she’s going to LOVE you after this scene (insert sarcasm font here.) The whole thing with both Iggy and Polnareff trying to one-up and save the other at the end, reminded me of a RvB quote: “Just know… I always hated you the most.” I feel like it kinda applies to both of them here. It’s a love-hate relationship. Also that quip about American comic book superheroes coming in to save the day at the last minute… I feel like there’s some more fourth wall breaking going on. (PS, you said this in the first reaction but your reference to Superboy…. You’ve been watching Titans again, haven’t you. :P) Anyway, there’s one more episode, so off I go!

Oh yeah, I can see the Indiana Jones vibes! Ick, he wanted to make poor Iggy suffer.....he's despicable!! You weren't wrong lol. Awww it is like that quote isn't it! They had a strange but beautiful bond :'D Oh, I was actually into Superboy long before Titans!!! But I never did get to see more of that show, thanks for the reminder! The next one is a doozy - Godspeed!!!
