Hey everyone!  Here it is - my reaction to Demon Slayer season 3, episode 3!!!  OMG!!!!!!!!!!  We really picked up the pace in this one!!  So now Tanjiro has an interim sword AND he's getting the cool ancient sword, whoa!  Also, just when you thought we were gonna do some more establishing, here come the demons!!!!!
DANG this Upper Four is nasty!!!  I have a feeling their vital spots are gonna get tougher and tougher as we move our way up.  Wow, it just feels like the action exploded!!!  Also, I think Mr. Mist has been somewhat influenced by our best boy!!!
Cannot wait to see what happens next!  What a great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

I’ll start with this, since I’ll forget otherwise: looks like this season is scheduled to be 11 episodes. Also, here’s a couple names for you Tokito - Mist Hashira Gyokko - vase demon, I think. Not completely positive. Mitsuri Kanroji - Love Hashira, not sure which name to use when referring to her yet. Hey, they found a rusted sword and Tanjiro’s face is redder than Kotetsu’s mask. Also, when they pulled the sword out of the hilt my immediate thought was, oh no, they recovered Anubis. If you know, you know. 😁 Seems like Hagenazuka has been working to make a new sword since most clients of his get fed up with him… well, when you don’t explain what you’re doing? I’m kinda reminded of when Klein ticked off every one of Weiss’ teammates by taking their stuff without asking in Chibi. Similar vibe. Apparently his polishing technique takes three days and has killed people…? The scene with Tanjiro trying to make friends with Genya… anyone else get major Midoriya / Bakugo vibes? Just me? No? Apparently Nezuko’s already infatuated with the Love Hashira, but Tokito’s attitude is rubbing her the wrong way, which is understandable. But what caught his attention about “the timing is perfect…?” They were interrupted before he could finish the thought. The demon seemed to be tormented because it was dealing with so many different personalities. It’s like the Hydra from Hercules, cut off its head, two more grow back. I’d like to point out you made the “it’s also a gun” comment while wearing a RWBY related piece of clothing, so nice timing… but Tanjiro falling through the trees is also a BAD! LANDING! STRATEGY! Like I said before, Tokito is very matter of fact, and doesn’t really care too much about emotional attachments or ties - he sees things exactly for what they are and it’s very blunt, even though it might come off as rude, he doesn’t have any malice behind it. He’s the kind of guy who isn’t afraid to hurt your feelings to tell you the truth. But you know, Tanjiro’s logic might be creeping into his thought process. Either way, what’s really going on here? Something is definitely fishy…. Alright, I’ll see myself out! 😎

2023-04-27 10:09:27 Hello Melissa, thank you for the Episode. Sorry, I didn´t comment on the second Episode but I watched your reaction anyway. This episode was amazing. Story, Comdey and animation were on point. Now I really like Tokito. Yes he is a little bit cold to others but I think Tanjro can change him to be a nicer person. The scene between him, Tanjiro and Nezuko was adorable. But that was just the silence before the storm. The Upper four is stronger than I expected. At first I was a little disappointed with his appearance, but after his transformation, I am in love with him. The designs are so great. He will be a tough opponent for our heroes and we must not forget the upper five demon, which will be added to this. It remains interesting. The scene with Genya and Tanjiro was so funny and cute.-> Tooth Fairy Tanjiro confirmed :). I hope they become friends. Amazing episode. Till next time.

The beginning of the episode was 90% cuteness all over the place the next half was wtf?! That vase death was horrible. And right after he got some TLC at the hot springs too darn it. :( I think Genya’s a good guy. And I’m basing that solely on Tanjiro’s wanting to get to know him more line. Anyone on Tanjiro’s interest radar is okay in my book. Oh right! I vaguely remember when meeting the hashiras Tokito seemed very forgetful or not all there. His mind just seemed to be wandering about the clouds or whatever’s he ponders about. Idk why or what that’s about but now I remember. I’m guessing he’s forgetful. If he’s really committed to prioritizing “importance” ahead of other things that makes sense I guess. It’s amazing a simple lime got through to him. I’m guessing since he needs a new sword-smith and he’s so young that Kotetsu would be a perfect fit for the job. That’s my guess to where it’s headed. It’s so cute Nezuko wanted her idols updo 👧

OMG I know right!! Like we switched gears FAST!!! Yeah, that's a good point that if Tanjiro's radar isn't going off about Genya, he probably is good. Ohhhh yeah, you're right about Tokito! That would make sense, since he couldn't remember meeting them last time too. It also makes sense that he'd use the "priority" system if he's a bit scatterbrained. Interesting theory about Kotetsu, I could see that for sure!! OMG Nezuko, the whole hair braiding scene helped make up for the god-awful vase scene :P

Oh that's good to know, makes sense since the first ep was longer. Thanks about the names!! You know how I am, it just takes me a while lol. Hahha I can totally see the chibi Klein similarities! Communication is everything, but it seems like he might have some issues with that! That polishing process is INTENSE, like what exactly goes into it haha. OMG I was totally getting Izuku/Bakugo vibes!!! It's a classic best boy/angry boy duo :) I love Nezuko's love for Mitsuri (I used your name list for that!!), and the irritation she seems to have at Tokito. I know, we didn't get to hear the rest of that thought, did we. Ohhhh good call about Hydra, also that makes sense as to why the demon was distressed. Hahahaha YES, I finally nailed that line and in my RWBY dress no less XD HAHAHAHA omg yes, the trees!!! Right, that's just kind of his way. It's hard when you're such a well mannered best boy to interpret that though! Hahahaha omg!! Guess we'll find out XD
