Hey everyone!  Here I am with Jojo season 2, episode 4!!!  Oh dang guys, I guess we should know by now that any kind of transportation involving our crew is gonna be SUPER dangerous!  I was not prepared for the bug/tongue guy though, ICK!!!!  To think Joseph would have to fly a plane under such tense circumstances once again!
So basically, we can't get anywhere without some of Dio's minions attacking, sheesh.  Next one looks PRETTY darn interesting though, I've gotta say!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

You should be fine because The stands are named after the tarot cards but later on the stands have references to bands and musicians and that's when they start using the copyright subs for them but you can still hear them say what the stand is called

#1 Rule about traveling with a Joestar... Never travel on an airplane with Joseph. I mean the hijacking when he was a kid... Kars.... THIS INCIDENT... Just ask for a separate flight. 🤣

Hi Hime :) Now that you know that our heroes are heading to Egypt, I can finally say that the Egyptian inspiration, the clothing style of Jotaro and the concept of the stands behind its users, is the basis that inspired the author of Yu- Gi-Ho. Kakoyin who says that if he had to marry a woman it would be a woman like Holly is what gave him the reputation of "MILF Hunter" among the fans, even if it's more in the tone of the joke I reassure you, but he is the source of another meme, which you will discover later. Joseph avoided the curse of dying young, but instead got the curse of crashing planes lol. The small mouth coming out of the mouth of the stand, looks like that of the xenomorph in Alien, moreover it takes place in a flying device with the stand violently coming out of the body of its victims. So that's it for the horror movie reference. Little thing that I love with Jojo, analyzing the link between the stands and their user. Jotaro is calm and feisty, so his stand is precise and powerful. Joseph used to predict and analyze his opponents, so his stand allows visions from a distance. Avdol is the one who knows and knows the way, like a flame illuminating the darkness, his stand manipulates fire. Kakyoin is rather discreet or even shy, so his stand attacks rather from a distance and in a hidden way. Our newcomer is French and you will see later that he has a sense of honor, so the choice of the knight with a rapier for stand makes sense again Almost all stands, powers or appearances have a link with their user, it's generally not left to chance and it makes them all very interesting to analyze, or so I think. It's mainly me who extrapolates, but the fact that we can make this connection, makes me think that the author thought about it too. Moreover, the fact that DIO uses the same power and stand as Joseph, is partly due to the fact that his new "body" is not yet entirely his and therefore it is more about Jonathan's stand than DIO. That's also why this one, Joseph's and Holly's all look like some kind of plant/bramble, a reference to the fact that the first time Jonathan uses the hamon, he accidentally causes a bud to bloom again. Again, just extrapolation, but I find it logical. The hamon is the breath of life, with the same energy as the sun, the sun which gives life and nourishes the plants after all.

So, let’s take one of your biggest fears: bugs - and make it infinitely worse by turning it into a tongue ripping terrorist. There’s not a fly seater big enough, is there? This episode is never going to be made available for in flight entertainment. That’s one thing I can be sure of. A repulsive Stand has a repulsive user? That’s probably good to remember. Also the scene with Dio at the start with the girls? Remember how they referred to his sensuality? It seems to have made these women willing sacrifices for him. Also, do we think Dio qualifies as repulsive? Hong Kong is south of Japan and a little west, we are still on the western Pacific. The map route they traced only went about halfway to Egypt. I’m not a person who likes Chinese food, but wrecking the table like that? That’s a lot of wasted food, isn’t it? We’re fighting a knight stand? That’s too clever even though I know you walked into it accidentally. So… maybe we need a Lamp Stand to beat it then? Thanks for being a trooper and recording while you’re not feeling 100%, I assume that’s why responses are slower this week. Hope you get over it soon! (But seriously, check to make sure it isn’t a Stand one more time…) 😃

Hi Spadeas! :) Ohhhh I can see the Egyptian influence for sure, that makes sense! HAHAHAHA omg really?! That's hilarious about Kakyoin's, erm, title :P I can't wait to see his other meme worthy actions. LOL Joseph wasn't gonna escape this family without some kind of curse I guess! Oh I can see the similarities to Alien. That's interesting about the link between people and stands! I never thought of that with Avdol or Kakyoin but it makes sense. Oohh can't wait to know more about our new character! I can see how it would be really fun to analyze the stands. OHHHHHH that's interesting about Dio using Jonathan's plant-related stand, that's a deep reference but it does make sense!! The sun influence/plant life makes total sense actually. Thanks for the info!

Hahaha why not right?! Nope, not a fly swatter big enough in this world! Yeah I doubt this will end up on any airplane screens anytime soon :P Yeah it seems perhaps the stands are linked directly with their users that way! I know Dio's big thing this season is charm/influence and I know he has Jonathan's body and at all, but I'm not buying it!!! He's still icky Dio to me!! Got it, thanks for the geography hint! Oh I hear you, I HATE wasted food!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA if someone honest to God has a Lamp Stand to go with the Knight Stand I'm gonna go bananas!!!!! Between traveling and getting sick I'm way behind on comments for sure, thanks for being understanding and for the get well wishes!!! Sorry for any sound effects haha but look out for tomorrow's Bad Batch reaction because I lost my voice for that one :O
