Hey everyone!  Here's my next reaction to MHA!  OH WOW you guys, we are hitting the ground running here!!!  Everyone is geared up at ready to go, and even our kids are getting in on this one, going as far as to be on the front lines for some of them (much to Kaminari's chagrin lol).  I'm so proud of them!  Gotta admit, I was feeling pretty satisfied when the heroes stormed the gates of that hospital!!!!  But then that feeling that there was more to it started rising up in my gut....!!!!  Still though, I think Mirko is more than capable of doing some serious damage here!  Cannot wait to see what happens next!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

They did a really good job capturing the opening of this arc. I can kind of put aside the fact that they kept drilling everyones quirks into the viewers of the first 5 seasons cause there will be no time to try and get them on screen with how fast everything is going to be starting next episode.

Hi Hime :) They haven't wasted too much time, given what this arc contains and the cliffhanger of the last season, they know that we are waiting for them. I can't help but feel bad for Hawks and Twice's relationship, we know Twice isn't bad, but he's a threat to Hawks and we know it could end badly... even, I felt a little emotional when present Mic grabs Garaki by the collar and gets angry for his friend. He and Eraserhead have been on edge for a while and now find themselves facing the one responsible for turning their buddy into Black Mist. Their anger is more than logical. I know you like representation in anime, especially muscular women like Bisky in HxH, here is Mirko who is a worthy representative too. She already has many fans who just read the manga, but the anime will increase that number even more. After all, it won't be the first time that a rabbit has made men and women dream, Lola Bunny has already been there lol (and personally, my first crush as a little girl was Bunny Rabbot from the Sonic and Sally cartoon, so here, I have a long history with rabbits hehe).

Hi Spadeas! :) Yeah they wasted no time! I know, it is kinda sad about the "friendship" between Hawks and Twice!!! Oh I know, that was so sad when we see Present Mic clearly getting emotional over his friend. Yes, I can see why Mirko is so beloved!!!!!!! Haha yes let's not forget Lola Bunny! Awww Bunny Rabbot, great first crush for sure! I don't think you're alone in loving rabbits, I feel like bunnies and cats pop up so often as an aesthetic in anime and manga!!!

Yes its here! And i am so glad that the 1st episode is not a recap episode like the last few seasons. And i can belive we see Mirko so soon in action! From the name of it, you will see why Mirko is one of the top 5 Hero's And why the fan base really likes her. All the hospitals the Doctor opened... old persons dying isnt something rare...nice for getting quirks screening children early...nice for getting quirks. Morgues... Its disgusting how efficient the bad guys are One of the heroes carring a patient out of the hospital, the one with the bamboo decoration. He is the school friend of gentle criminal I think all heroes we already saw are part of this attack force. Even Ms. Joke, i think i also saw Manual. where Ida did his interneship.

YAY!!!!!!!! I know, we hit the ground running here! Mirko!!! I can't wait to see more of her. Yup, he's been plotting this whole time. Ohhhh no kidding, I didn't catch that about Gentle Criminal's friend!! Nice, the attack force is strong. Good call on Ms. Joke and Manual too!!! There was so much going on I couldn't take notice of everything going on so I appreciate the info!

2022-10-16 19:54:44 I love this episode & your reaction to it. I have no idea what is going to happen but all of us anime onlys are probably even less prepared than we think. Also I cannot tell you how happy/excited when I learned this would not be a recap episode. Because there are a lot of people with good memory and for those who don’t there are plenty of videos/places to remind yourself of past events. Also this gives the people working on the show more time to cover the story. If some of my ideas/theories are even partially right then I am very scared. Regarding Hawks talk about the weight of the world being on his shoulders. I really want to talk about the opening because it was damn good. Especially because of the opening going for that comic book aesthetic with the onomatopoeia. It wasn’t exact but a lot of the opening felt like panels from a manga/comic book. I love how the opening puts as much focus on the villains as it does on the heroes since I don’t think they gave enough focus to the villains in the last opening. With certain thoughts I have about what’s coming I honestly expected a darker song/visuals but after seeing translations for the lyrics it works because the opening seems to be from the hero’s perspective/about the mindsets & determination of the heroes. Although I’m glad there is an emotional element to the song around when the villains are being focused on especially because of different elements of the characters and story. All the different visuals of Shigaraki & the villains were incredible especially the images of what looks like Shiggy going all out. Also I need to point out Dabi being shown right after Endeavor which is interesting considering all the theories of who Dabi is you know what they are. Once again I’m worried about Twice with the imagery of him in the opening because I’m still convinced he is going to die in the course of the story since his power is too strong. The awesome but dark shot of Hawks makes me think dark stuff is going on with him. Someone pointed out that the cape Shigaraki is wearing is a dark reflection of his grandmother Nana’s outfit which is sad and messed up especially because he’s also wearing the All For One type suit. I love and hate the friendship Hawks with Twice it’s going to be heartbreaking when he realizes he was just being used the whole time. Especially because it will be a betrayal to his other friends and you how he feels about them and about not being useful to them he’s going to be devastated. It just feels wrong to do this to such a nice guy when he’s only on the opposing side of the heroes even if it is necessary. This is going to end up being painful and if Twice dies I will be a crying mess. The doctor creating orphanages & nursing homes is disturbing since it is the best way to get subjects for his experiments. I love how well-planned and methodical the plans of the heroes are it gives some confidence to us but I do think this operation will fail because they are not willing to get help from the military or foreign heroes at this point. Also seeing so many heroes altogether is just awesome. It was really great to see this caring, softer side of Midnight comforting the students needed because of their abilities that cover large areas. It’s great to see the heroes on the offensive for once with the villains not really expecting it. The reaction of the doctor to Endeavor showing up is the appropriate response. It’s crazy to see how old he really is probably being around almost as long as AFO. Then they ask if he artificially created the power which I think confirms my theory that this is his quirk to copy abilities. It’s great to see this confrontation from Present Mic & Aizawa after what the doctor did to their friend. It’s bad that this Dr. Was a double although it does seem like it was pure luck that it was. I think this is actually the most violent the show has gotten with Mirko absolutely decimating a bunch of Nomu like a spinning top of death. I love the ending with the art and the very emotional song. The best part of the ending being the comparison shots of Shigaraki & Izuku considering all the parallels between the 2 of them. I think it’s interesting that the imagery of them in the past is one in darkness the other in light but the present imagery is both in the light possibly representing both of them coming into their own. Also the music in the previews used to be upbeat but is now dark and menacing. Finally it's a good thing they are evacuating the city considering all the destruction shown in the opening & ending & yeah the students are going to be majorly involved whether they want to or not in my opinion. Awesome reaction & keep up the great work. :-) <3

Thank you so much!!!! Yes it was nice not to have a full recap but have some recap lol. I'm starting to get pretty scared as well!!! And I agree about the opening! They did a great job of covering a lot of characters, concepts and even theories!!!! I'm highly suspicious about Dabi!!! Ooof, the Twice/Hawks stuff is built up so well, especially in retrospect....I'm still reeling from this week's ep!! Twice is just too nice a person for this to happen to.....it's really really complex / moral grey area at this point, but wow, it's hard to not root for Twice. The heroes coming together is nice to see for sure!! This was super violent for sure and that's an interesting theory about the quirk, it makes a lot of sense actually! I love those comparison shots!!! Yeah the evacuation is very necessary!!! Sorry for taking so long to get back to you!!!
