Hey everyone!  Here it is - my reaction to season 2 episode 19 of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime!  Oh man!!!  As we prep more for the big event, our crew is out battling and pretty much kicking butt!  I was a little nervous about the harlequins and the finger guy, but so far it's not looking like it will set us back too much.  Oh yeah, and let's not forget that epic save by Gobta!!!!!  He's the hero of the day, man I love a good Gobta entrance!!!  This one gave me the feeling something could still go wrong but let's wait and find out.  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

i ''love'' the bad guys.. calls for a duel 1v1.. but summon the underlings.. and when good guys summon underlings ooh its so wrong and unfair.. xD nah i hate them.. such a trash is Yamza.. :D

So I got a little confused at the opening because I wasn’t sure what Rimuru was doing with Treyni but it makes sense, of course he’s going to just move a powerful Forest spirit into another body so she can travel because he’s Rimuru. It looks like we’re discovering our new abilities at a rapid rate, and if Rimuru is overpowered, seems like his subordinates are as well. Meanwhile he’s just at the tailor shop getting fitted for a Demon Lord banquet. Shuna apparently really wants to DO something, though… which, you know… I’m down for. We haven’t really see her do much except play a support role. Oh, by the way if you harm HER though… we’ll, MY knives will come out. Clayman’s forces got caught completely off guard so much so that Yamza is pondering retreat before they can really do anything. By the way, that line about him not wanting to be turned into a soulless puppet… could it be a clue about the Harlequins and where Clayman gets them? Seems like the Beastketeers and the Orcs both have a score to settle - but vein ask is is shocked when she finds out Rimuru was already thinking about reconstruction. I guess the analogy there is the slime is playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers. Also Albis’ beast form is pretty cool, it’s very Medusa-like. Gobta and the riders were hiding on her shadow? Okay, what is it with you and shadow hiders this week? Anyway it does seem like Benimaru expected Yamza to cheat, so maybe he’s got done of Rimuru’s foresight capabilities with his new skill. Gobta just wanted to be the referee so ge didn’t have to go fight the other majin. Avoiding work is hard! (He should go talk to Grif 😉).

Hi, again! Many people settle on the pronunciation for Guy as in "that guy", but the pronunciation is actually "ghee". There is a reason in Guy's backstory about why it is this way, but, in short, he took his name from a particular sound. Guy is much older than Milim, and has been a Demon Lord for much longer than she has been alive as well. If you recall, the pictorial story of how Milim became a Demon Lord showed Guy too.... Many of Rimuru's plans have been double-checked by Rafael, for probability of success and selection of the optimal plan. That rumor that Rimuru spread? Gazel and Erald helped. I think Rimuru has always been concerned with his and the JTF's public image, to accomplish his goal of being friendly to humans....... Ever since everyone died in the attack on Tempest, when he instructed Great Sage to do a search of any way to bring the dead back to life, Rimuru has been intent on never again going through that. One outcome has been researching souls and other related things, and he developed this "chaos core" to use as a way to maybe handle souls. Treyni actually used a tree called a dryas as a body, but Rimuru made a doll from that tree...... Shuna outranks Benimaru in ogre society, she is the Shamaness of the tribe... The plan to take prisoners is something monsters (and majin) never did before, which was why everyone was so astonished..... The Dragon Faithful worship Milim,and that's why they call that guy Father, he's the head priest..... Gobta's main skill (small s) is luck..... Tempest's Army winning? It's Quality over Quantity again!...

Yeah I can see how that would be a bit confusing! Haha yeah Rimuru's just hanging out getting ready for the big party while all this is going on. But it does make sense that everyone else started to get OP too. Omg, protect Shuna at all costs!!! But it will be nice to see her do something too! Hmmmm interesting point about the soulless puppets line, I hadn't thought of that! Perhaps?? Oh yeah, I do feel like Rimuru plays chess while others play checkers. He's not one step ahead, he's like 20 steps ahead, especially after the attack on JTF. Hahahaha omg I know right, my shows always have a running theme! LOL Gobta and Grif, what a crossover!!!!!!!!!! XD

Oh I was thinking it might be gee, thanks! Oh thanks for clarifying about the age. Good point that Rimuru has always put a lot into the image. And makes sense that he's researched souls so much after the attack. Thanks for the info on the doll, the ranking, etc.! Ohhhh they've never taken prisoners before, that does make sense as to why they'd be surprised! Yup, I gathered that that the guy is sort of a priest. Hehehe lucky Gobta! Oh yeah, quality over quantity for sure, and dang is our crew high quality!!!!!!!!

I don't know if you noticed or not, but starting this ep, the opening mv is changing quite a lot! In my point of view, the former one was not finished, and this one is finished version. And I like this version better. Fun Fact: The op song name is "Like Flames", and it is sing by Thai Singer! The one who come from my country! She's so good!

Soon after this singer, MindaRyn, drew my attention, she also sang the OP "Daylight" of Arifureta Season 2, which I also really like. You might want to listen to it if you get the chance. I also saw she sang for HunterXHunter, but I don't know that song.
