Hey everyone!  Here's my reaction to episode 125!  Well well well, who would have thought that mention of the name waaayyy back when would come in os handy now lol!!!  Netero found the one thing the King is willing to fight for - and I gotta say, it's pretty surprising that the King is so unenthused with fighting now, considering how he was when we first met him!  Netero is increasingly more and more impressive as he reveals some of his true power, but dang....it's not even making a dent!  I can't wait to see what happens next!

Hi Hime :) The new Palm's abilities are mostly bolstered by the fact that she's partially ant now, so it's something she could do in the basics, but nicely bolstered. Her "mermaid" appearance as you say also comes from one of her abilities, if you remember, to find Gon and Killua's location, she uses her blood in some kind of spooky mermaid-shaped object with a ball of crystal, now she's the mermaid (but less frightening, though...) with a crystal ball in the middle of her forehead. And I must admit, her new look and her new confidence gained by a better control of her emotions, makes her even more beautiful for my taste. The sheer pressure that Gon is deploying right now, to force Pitou to think he could kill the king, when Netero himself is struggling, that's still something. It's certainly cliché, but I admit that characters boiling with rage and the urge to kill, but who remain calm, cold, threatening with an almost monotonous tone, always work on me. Netero's way of fighting is outwardly calm and very graceful, but with rage and a torrent of emotion behind every action. Which in a way, to me, is the purest form of combat. We feel all his years spent improving and fighting behind his way of doing things, all his experience and the wisdom he has acquired, with a hint of a very childish desire to take up a challenge.

Netero seems like such a good man with a lot of patience for many. It may actually be fun(?) if he actually faces an opponent who he could actually let loose on. Can’t wait for next week 🙏

Hi Spadeas! :) Right, she's got ant in her now! Right, I do remember that ability! Yes, it does feel like she's evolved in her emotions! Exactly, Gon's putting out some serious vibes! So true that the "quiet" murderous vibes are the most terrifying lol. Great way to put it with Netero's style too!

I don't really feel Gon is a match for Pitou, just like Knuckle isn't a match for Youpi--only through his specific nen could Knuckle barely close the gap. But the sheer determination of a person's deadset desire to destroy someone it care about, coupled with being in a very vulnerable position, emotionally and aura-wise, has Pitou trembling. It's also feeling these emotions for the very first time, under such stress. We'll see what happens there, but hope you're having a wonderful day 🙂

Yeah I see what you mean! The willpower alone is scary, regardless of actual power levels or odds. Good point that this is their first time feeling these emotions! Can't wait to see more! And thanks, hope you're having a great one as well!!! ^_^
