Hey everyone!  Here it is - my reaction to season 1 episode 19 of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime!  Wow, so that was one short fight, I gotta say!!!  It seems like in showing us the power scale of Milim, they made this so that it's not even quite a fair fight haha.  And that was her RESTRAINED you guys!!!  I felt bad for Phobio at the end and hope he's okay haha.  And it was a great way to show off just how awesome the rest of our crew is - they legit didn't even need Rimuru to step in during any of the smaller boss fights!  Looks like we have a peace treaty of sorts with Carrion, which is another good diplomatic move.  Can't wait for what's next!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

"I've got lots to say, so I'm going going to say some of it here. I'm actually using my phone to type this, and the longer the message, the harder it is to edit, and I can't even skip lines if you wondered why I always use a lot of symbols to separate thoughts..........Ah, yes, I was waiting until this episode so I could finally say the Gluttony was the sin Rimuru controls(?). His Predator skill upgraded in the fight with the Orc Lord, partly because he absorbed the Orc Lord abilities, although he doesn't have starved. A lot of the orcs' abilities come under the umbrella of eating, stomach, there are some similarities with Predator, so they were subsumed under the new Unique Skill Gluttony. Most skills have multiple aspects within them. Also pay attention to the Skill's level, which in this case, is Unique, a level up from Extra Skill. Only one person in the world can have the exact same Unique Skill. Rimuru gains skills from Charybdis, too, like the magic jamming, which is more like magic or magicule manipulation when Rimuru gets it. Don't worry, this isn't really a spoiler because they never refer to it in the anime. He gets one other skill, too, that isn't really pointed out, but I leave that for later........ Remember I said I had no evidence for thinking the clowns influenced Phobio's emotions? Now I remember that one piece of evidence is that as soon as he woke up, he came to his senses, seemingly like he had been not in his right mind until then.......The fight took all day to achieve 30 percent damage. The sunset is supposed to be an indicator. Of all the reactors I've seen, maybe one person noticed this. This kind of thing will also be meaningful in the future.....Ranga had developed a technique to fly using wind magic to sort of walk on air. Shion and he were working together to get high above Charybdis, out of range of the jamming, and then drop Shion down on it. I think Souei was using Shadow Movement which is more of a technique than magic. Those with wings could keep themselves aloft with physics, although it's ludicrous to think that Pegasi would be able to fly on physics alone....When Ranga said that Rimuru's plan would give the best chance for survival? That was literally true, because Great Sage had calculated the probabilities. Rimuru has the advantage of having Great Sage telling him the ramifications of actions, which is at least part of why Rimuru always seems to be planning ahead..... Rimuru used Degenerate Skill to remove core from Phobio....There are various levels of multiple skills: in this case, Regeneration comes in Rapid, Ultraspeed, and more. Flying and transport can use all sorts of modalities.....And all of the magic attacks (except maybe Milim's) on Charybdis we're reduced in power because of the Magic Jamming, including Rimuru's."

Yes!! I remember you mentioning gluttony. Ohhhh that makes so much sense about the influence of the orcs! Also interesting that unique skills are, well, unique. Curious to see what the other skill is! Good point that Phobio having to come back to his senses is a good indicator that there was direct control over him. Ohhh that makes so much sense about the sunset, it's obvious now that you mention it, but I didn't exactly put it together at the time, oops. I love the walking on air technique! Ohh yes quite literally then, Rimuru's plan was best, since we have the advantage of Great Sage and the calculations! Makes sense about the magic jamming too. Thanks for all the info!
