Hey everyone!  Here's my reaction to episode 78!  WHOA, lots going on in this one!  Some familiar faces are coming back into play, we've done some digging about the location of the terrifying ant clan, and is it just me, or did the little boy ant recognize his mom....???  Heartbreaking, but an interesting implication!  It's also interesting to see that the ants are gaining more human traits like personality, reasoning, individuality, etc.  I'm both excited and scared to see what happens next!!!  Great ep!  Enjoy!!  ~ MH

Hi Hime :) You put your finger on it, the chimera ants are starting to no longer look like ants, but take on human traits, and not necessarily the best. Individualism, competition, ego, for an army it's not ideal to have too much of that... For Kuruto (the little boy who has become an ant), yes there is the memory of his mother which resurfaces a little (but the queen's orders are superior), but also the fact that a child and a tired woman are not of "quality" to feed the queen. You'll soon meet the King's Guard, and that's when the serious stuff will really begin. More than a few episodes before the end of this "part 1" I was talking about, serving as an introduction and motivation. I'm both excited and scared to see your reaction when we get there.

Hi Spadeas! :) So true, lots of human traits are being taken on and not all the good ones! Ah, good call about the memories having to do with Kuroto's choice to pass on the mom, but also the fact that they're not the best for the queen. Oh no, I'm scared to meet the King's Guard! I can't believe this is only the intro lol!!! I can't wait but I know it's gonna be intense!!!!!!!!!
