Hey everyone!  Here's my reaction and review of Clone Wars 3x18!  Whoa guys, I gotta say, I thought we were just doing an old-fashioned action Clone Wars ep here!  Ahsoka is frustrated at not being trusted by Anakin, we're off on a rescue mission, etc.  Also, The Citadel is an absolutely fascinating concept, not to mention a bit horrifying!!!  But WOW did things take a turn towards the end of that ep!!!  OMG, I did not see that character intro coming at all!!!!!!!!!  This should be interesting!!!!  Gotta say, as much as it hurts to have such a stark reminder of what's to come, I'm curious to see a sort of "origin story".  Can't wait!!

It makes sense that Tarkin would have been serving as an officer in the clone wars. The connections they make to the movies is what makes this series amazing for me

I think Bantas are kinda like cows. or bisons. Just think how many Admirals and Captains will be with the empire. You have seen already some that will be in the movie. I let you guess, or rather...experience who. And yes...clone wars will get even better.

It does make sense right! Yes, you can tell that they pay close attention to details and watching them bring things full circle from the movies is awesome!

2021-07-14 10:11:38 Oh yeah I could see how they're bison-like! OMG, that's so true. I don't remember any besides Tarkin so now I'm scared for who I might have seen / will see!!!!!!!!! >.< Not surprised that it gets even better, season 3 has gotten better with each ep so far!!!

Haha your reaction to seeing Tarkin is always funny! One of those bad guys you love to hate. And yes, a lot of the Republic military personnel will serve with the Empire later on. Admiral Yularen for example, who is Anakin's ship Admiral, is on the Death Star in A New Hope with Vader and Tarkin. Even some Rebels serve with the Empire before their eyes get opened with the evil under that regime, and will defect to the Alliance. Han Solo was one of them as another example, though he prefers to become a 'scoundrel' first before Luke and Leia charm him into fighting the good fight.

Hahaha thanks!!! He boils my blood for sure! Yes, it's interesting to think of where things will go with so many of these characters when things turn over to the Empire. That's a good point, there were defectors as well! Ah yes, good point about Han!!!
