I happened to think of something. If petrification is somehow heal you, what would happen if the Titan power's wielder or those who has Demon Slayer Mark get petrified? Like, as you thought before that those who has the mark will doomed to die, I don't know the answer for sure, but what if that the case, what would happen to them if thet get petrified? Will they cure up from any curse they have? By the way... ALL HAIL THE SHINY MONKEY!

Hey Melissa, I'm really glad that you're looking forward to new Dr. Stone episodes as much as I am. Of course, I wouldn't say no if you would record a few more episodes. Because more Dr. Stone content is always good. But I appreciate you holding back for Patreon. Taiju's enraged mode is bad news but good thing he didn't give up hope just then. Cheeky little plan between the two lovebirds there though, taking advantage of Tsukasa's instincts there. Got to give Taiju credit for aiming and then flinging that huge boulder with that precise accuracy though, and Yuziriha proves once again why she's part of the trio with impressive courage and teamwork. But hey, the real shocker to me was the 'fake habit' that Senku's been starting ever since Tsukasa's entry into the stone world, just how far did he predict all this and anticipate for? What a diversion to the neck plan too, he tought to be forever grateful for that little stone there. Really everything just goes with this story, lol. Another cool little info drop resurfacing with the healing brought upon by the un-petrification process. Because now you really start to wonder what the real reason for the petrification of people was. Whether it was perhaps not such a bad intuition on the part of the person responsible after all. We will probably only find out later. Anyway, Senku is alive! The small stone fragment in his neck really did save his life. Of course, as a first watcher, you couldn't immediately interpret the hints from the anime about his neck cracking correctly. But you understood my hints very well. Seeing Senku on his early quest to revive civilisation was really cool! Apparently, he too does have trouble keeping up with long arithmetic, now that's a legit shocker lol. Of course, being the pro scientist that he is, he wouldn't let any of valuable specimens go away but it was kind of interesting to see how he kept all the original details as much as possible of his petrified body there. Lol @ those monkeys though, and the Shiny Monkey bit was hilarious! Awesome how their reactions from 'Dumb-Dumb' to 'Huh, what the bloody fudge is going on?' changed so drastically with that man-made fire. Good thing he didn't encounter any wild beast during his solo attempt on his quest though, lol. Last few minutes before the ED of him introducing himself was pretty lit too, "first of my kind" damn!

I’m afraid as much as you’re liking this show, you do have to exercise restraint - or you’re going to be overwhelmed, both as a reactor and in the editing process. XD Let me correct a notion you have right off the bat here - Senku DID in fact take major damage from Tsukasa’s blow - the truth is that the petrification spot that remained on his neck is what ended up saving him. Rewinding just a bit, Senku and Tsukasa are not that far apart in the intellectual community - which is why Tsukasa is genuinely regretful that he has to kill him, he views it as a waste, but he knows they’ll never see eye to eye. The flashback is that age old “maybe if things were different…” Taiju and Yuzuriha are not in the same category of intellect as the other two, however, they aren’t mindless apes either (was that a pun? You’ll never know.) They are both able to communicate their intentions without speaking them to each other. Tsukasa thought the boulder was a decoy, but in truth it had enough metal in it to activate the black gunpowder and give them a chance to escape. I guess you could say Tsukasa ended up looking hot? /ducks Regarding the petrification, when it is removed using the fluid it heals the area around it, including the crack in Senku’s neck - so we weren’t “exactly” lying when he said he was gone for a minute. The flashback clears up a lot of the questions about Senku’s awakening, and as you can see, he had to struggle to do a lot - he realizes he’s lacking in certain areas (physical strength, craftsmanship), but he’s still able to rush through the first leg of civilization because he already knows all the steps. It’s the next ones that’ll end up being more difficult. Oh, and the first band that comes out of this era really should be called Shiny Monkey, shouldn’t it?

I never would have given a second thought to Senku grabbing his neck. I just assumed that was his thing. Were that many people really teasing you that he died for sure. That’s so awful lol 😂 But I’m glad he didn’t. I’d miss my smoothie monkey too much 🙈

Right?! Who knew that was such a big deal!!! LOL I know, it's so mean :P Hahaha yes the shiny monkey lives on!!!!!!!! XD

kamenriderhime

Ooooh now there's a thought!!! The crossovers we didn't know we needed!!!! Hahaha he deserves our praise!!!!!!!!

Hey Leonie!! I'm having way too much fun!!! I'm glad you'd be okay with more!!! XD I love the plan the two of them had! Taiju was so precise right there and Yuzu did a great job as well. That's crazy about the neck thing right?! I'm really starting to wonder about the petrification for sure!!! Like it never occurred to me that it may have been a good thing?? YAY Senku!! I'm glad I understood the hints!!! Hahaha yeah it is rather surprising that someone as intelligent with him still struggles with math on some level! Yeah was super thorough with his specimens!!! LOL the monkeys!!!!!!!! They really changed their attitude huh!!! It is a good thing he didn't encounter any more, erm, aggressive/large/predatory animals! I LOVE his introduction, what a boss he is!!!!!!!!

kamenriderhime

I know, I have to pace myself, but WOW am I tempted! Right, he explained how petrification can save people from injuries an ep or two ago right? I can tell that Tsukasa doesn't enjoy the idea of killing Senku. Haha!! They're certainly not apes like those monkeys were! Taiju and Yuzu did so great here! HAHAH! That was quite a hot scene alright :P I was really happy to see the details of Senku's awakening. OMG if someone doesn't snag that band name, it's such a waste!

I love that the way you describe Senku in the end, also applies to another character that "wants to have his cake and eat it too" xD Can't wait for you to meet him (and if you were watching the English Dub of everything, there would have been a fun surprise, because he shares a VA with Bakugo :D) because I loooooove that character ^^ (And yes, I hit pause on these reactions for a moment, because as soon as you started Dr. Stone, I was obsessed again and needed to watch more reactions immediately, so I binged ALL of the Dr. Stone reactions from another channel first and came back now xD It's just difficult to remember which ones I had already watched, but the next one I'm pretty sure I haven't watched yet xD)
