Not sure if you heard, but RWBY was acquired by Viz Media. Here's their blog post: https://x.com/OfficialRWBY/status/1809303368969388058?t=IMkmYTiX0Qbnqh0nzwYegg&s=19

I was curious, how long until you finish the JoJo manga? Like, how many chapters long is it? I’m sure you’re having fun, but those of us trying to avoid spoilers for when the show comes back just sit here twiddling thumbs on Fridays, so it’d be nice to have an idea. :) Also, a follow up from earlier: the three movie arc coming up in Demon Slayer is in fact the series finale. Honestly looking at the poll, I want to vote for option 4: can we just do all of them eventually, cause they’re all fun. It’s too hard! 👀 That being said it looks like Apothecary Diaries is out in front by a significant margin as I wrote this: so I’ll give you a bit of background - it’s historical fiction set in ancient China (somewhere between 618 and 907 AD), and check your 21st century morals and ideals at the door, kind of the same as you did with Vinland Saga. I will say that without spoiling everything, that the protagonist of the story is an incredibly entertaining character. Kishibe Rohan: Blood is thicker than water, love is thicker than blood, but keeping a house secret isn’t as easy as it sounds. Camp Camp: Let’s just say for this skit you might get a JoJo part 5 flashback and leave it at that. Gotchard: An unwelcome visitor appears, and a series of events forces two brothers to both combat their inner demons. And of course, since we’re current, can’t preview Oshi No Ko - but it’s the highlight of the week for a lot of us. :) By the way, it’s scheduled to run for 13 episodes, FYI.

Hey Tyler, for your information Part 7 has a total of 95 chapters. Melissa still has 51 chapters to read which may take until the end of September if she keeps the format she has now. but since I know she wants to read part 8 after that it will take until next year. personally I think it's nice to see that she keeps her passion for Jojo present on her channel. if that's not for you then you can just not watch the videos if you don't want to be spoiled to the other manga parts. i can highly recommend it though since we don't know yet if part 7 will be animated at all and Melissa really puts a lot of work into her videos to make the reviews as good as possible. Besides, you seem to be the only person who is bothered by the reviews.

I think you misunderstood me above Leonie, I’m not trying to be a wet blanket at all, I was only asking how long she thought going through the manga series would take for her. This question is not at all because I’m bothered by you guys doing it, but just because I was curious how much more time it would take to finish. Personally, I actually don’t watch them at all to avoid spoilers, which I said when the show started, so I was just curious how much content overall was left to go through, I was just asking for a time frame. :)

Tyler - it looks like Leonie covered most of your question about the Part 7 manga reviews. I know you've mentioned quite a few times that you don't want to watch them and disagree with me doing them, and I think it's perfectly normal for someone to not watch or enjoy every single bit of content I do on the channel. Hopefully you can get past your disappointment over this one reaction series, and you'll enjoy my reactions to every other show on the channel that you do happen to be watching, on every other day besides Friday. :) I'm glad to hear you'd be happy with any of the shows on the poll! I've heard lots of good things about Apothecary Diaries. Sounds like there's a lot to look forward to on the schedule this week, and thanks for the info on Oshi no Ko!

If I have any disappointments about the series at all, it’s only that I personally don’t have the time to read it, or funding for access to get the manga to play along with the rest of you on it, it sounds like you’re all having fun with it.
