Hey everyone! Dang, you guys, just when I thought we were getting bizarre, this batch hits! Not only do we get one of the most disturbing chapters to date, which I'm gonna spend my time trying to forget about, but we also get a massive power up for Gyro! Not to mention we have a really great Gyro arc here, with him doing some soul searching and having it culminate in the fight with Ringo. Oh yeah, and Ringo's ability is SO OP!!! What the?!?!?! I couldn't believe it lol!!! Great batch! I can't wait for more! Enjoy! ~ MH

Hi Hime :) And yep, third dose of pain... It was actually in relation to Ringo's past that I told you that you hadn't seen anything with Diego, but I didn't remember that it happened so early on the other hand (I must have read SBR even before the first episode the anime came out in 2012, so yeah, it was a while ago). But Ringo remains in many people's heads, because even if he only appears in two chapters, he has one of Jojo's sickest designs. Especially with the postures and his personality, Ringo sweats badass. Speaking of sweating, let's get back to your "appreciation" of Gyro hehe. For quite a while now, Araki has demonstrated that he knows how to draw sexy women, and some scenes in part 8 are rather "sweaty" thanks to that, but he also knows how to be of service to those who appreciate male bodies. I don't remember where I read it, but when you know that Araki is inspired by fashion, and Greek and Roman statues, the physiques of his characters are much easier to understand. Besides, regarding the faces, yes, SBR is known for this evolution of style which makes everything just magnificent, as if it had reached a peak and to this day, his style has changed little. Also, cell phones don't exist yet in SBR, but the idea of ​​a stand in a smartphone is not bad, now, will we see one, mystery hehe.

Hi Spadeas! :) Oh wow, I wouldn't remember anything if I'd read it that long ago, no worries! He really does have an amazing design, not to mention a really cool Stand! Hahahah Araki really does know what he's doing! He draws women very attractively too, and I already know there's a really beautiful Jo-sis in Part 8! But yeah, he just doesn't hesitate on the fan service when it comes to males either. I can totally see the inspiration from Greek/Roman statues and fashion! I can't wait to see what changes his style keeps going through, I just absolutely love what he's doing here with the faces! Oooh a smartphone Stand would be really cool actually!!! Oooh I'm curious now haha!

Just whatever feels right for the particular group of chapters is best. I’m loving it so far. Deciding how to tackle the chapters case by case makes it more authentic and natural. Because you never know how things are going to go down till you read them. 📕 Omg you got one of Gyro’s balls! The necklace is super beautiful! lol huge plus that it actually spins! I have questions if that is in fact Gyro’s stand or not. We’ve seen past cases in Jojo OG universe where abilities kick in thru circumstances. Here it’s like some of the stands— the few we’ve seen kind of take form around certain circumstances. Or at least it’s seems like certain factor have some baring over stands in this universe. I’m not sure if I’m wording this exactly right. 🤔 I kept wanting to ask if the eyeball gets taken away, will he lose this upgrade through my screen 🙄 Cmon now! JJBA had a unique style from start to present future universe. People are crazy & nitpicky now that anime is so popular. Everyone’s a critic. I loved each art style from buff, slender to scrumptious. Even when buff they looked glamorous, so who’s complaining? 😗😝 This is definitely the face era. I noticed the extreme close up and details right away. Past weeks were beautiful but I have to go back and check because I don’t remember them being this level of amazing. The faces really stuck out in this batch. ✨ Anyways, you were talking about preferring to pass out over a room full of the Jojo’s at the beginning. You know quite well after this it’d be over sweaty, skin glistening Gyro. We got two hot pantes in this reaction. lol I think I like HP so far. He has this off showcasing of decorum. From what I gathered as long as you show respect he’ll give it back. Kind of. Interesting about Johnny’s message to Gyro. I can see where he’s coming from. Gyro’s like the Daryl Dixon of Jojo for me. He just gets cooler each time. He can do no wrong. I’m not quite sure what exactly is missing or needed that’ll get him to where he needs or wants to be at. But I kind of see what Johnny spiel means. Gyro’s whole focus in this race is his goal of saving Marco. Marvelous already! But I think he definitely is striving for something that I just can’t fully ascertain yet. Just something more or along with his goal. I think Gyro has one upped Diego a handful of time’s already. Still Diego has obtained something Gyro hasn’t. I think whatever that is is becoming clear to Gyro after that fight with Ringo. Great review. Can’t wait for more :)

Hahaha it actually worked out really well that I discovered on camera that it spins :P And I'm so happy you like my new merch! I got the shirt and the necklace on AliExpress! Yeah you almost can't blame him, having to go through life with a name like that! But my money's on he killed the party too. I see what you're saying about Stands being brought about by circumstances!! Some people are born with them, some people got them through the arrow, or in some cases (like the Joestars as of Part 3) they manifest for some other reason. Even here, we had Pocloco manifest his more or less out of necessity. One thing I did miss here, was that there's a panel where you can see Gyro's actual Stand!!! It's towards the end of the last chapter, and even though I put the screenshot on the screen, I never even noticed it! It's a big green shape :O So my guess would be that he maybe had potential for a Stand, and the corpse part brought it out - kinda like Johnny. Because even back in Devil's Palm, he saw one of the Stands for a split second. Remember when Holly was starting to be able to see Star Platinum, but couldn't quite yet? Kinda like that. I think you're right though, I think he would lose his Stand if the eyeball was taken away! Kinda like how every time Johnny loses the arm, he loses his Stand. So it begs the question, if/when they collect all the corpse parts but have to, you know, assemble them....are all three of them gonna lose their Stands? :P OMG same, I couldn't agree more than JJBA has rocked it in every era!!! I get preferring some styles over others, but I'll never understand bashers of the old art! Yeah no, the art style was different as of the start of part 7 but the super detailed faces started just recently!!!! Aren't they gorgeous?! It's like a portrait :O HAHAHAHAHA my nickname might have to be Hot Pants after this one lol!!!!! Those panels of Gyro are definitely worthy of passing out for!!!! XD I think that's a great way to sum up HP by the way - if someone gives them crap, they'll give it back, but same with respect. And there's definitely a strict adherence to the law, so there's standards too. OMG Gyro is absolutely the Daryl Dixon of this series!!!! Yeah that's exactly where I'm at too - like I don't see what Gyro needs to be doing differently, but I can kinda understand the idea of someone who acts out of necessity/desperation having a bit more eagerness than someone who hasn't experienced that. It does seem like the encounter with Ringo enlightened him on this too! I'm so happy you enjoyed it Manny!!!! Hope you like this week's too, we've got some big stuff coming :O

I wonder why he made it specifically cream starter? Wouldn't foam starter be a bit more fitting?? Also I wonder if the "Roadagain" part is an homage to Willy Nelson!!!
