That's right... a young Bianca was actually raised to be a boy. It's been part of her history from very early on... it was one of the details thought up by Dr. Sharktopus before he retired from the comic. It's something I've always known, but I never really had a reason to reveal it in the comic before this, but this felt like a natural moment to actually bring it up.

I have a question is Bianca a lesbian or is she bi or pansexual I'm asking because she mentioned something about a father before to jen and it didn't sound like she was talking about the goddess

Interesting that Bianca's father was raising her as a boy until puberty kicked in. I suppose it could be understood especially back in that period of time. I guess ole' pops saw the weenie at birth and was like "close enough"?

Bianca is Pansexual, but I like drawing women more so she's only been seen with women in BCC. But she did have a husband who is Jenna's father, although exactly how that worked with the Goddess involved and all hasn't been revealed yet.
