 I had sort of a weird day today... my wife was scheduled for jury duty today, and I was her ride.  It had us driving into downtown Dallas, which I normally avoid... I haven't actually driven down there in like... two years. And that was actually a problem because I thought I knew how to get to the court house, but there had been some serious construction since the last time I was down there, and I got totally lost, considering not only was the exit I usually take no longer there, but there were no other exits in the same area. I guess it's convenient for trucks driving through? Still, it made our already complicated trip even more confusing. Then we realized she had missed her scheduled time completely, so we just went home and had to call the courthouse to reschedule. So now the plan is for her to just take public transportation next time, since the train at least drops off nearby... it just takes about twice as long than driving.
