BCC 38-24: PSD (Patreon)

I tried out a bit of a technique on this page... trying to see if liquids would still look right if it was just highlights and no shading. Overall I think it's one of those "good enough" effects... it could look better, but also doing so would be enough of a time investment that it wouldn't really work for my schedule.
