BCC 39-48: Hi-Res Early Access (Patreon)

I know I've been venting more than usual lately, but things have been kind of hectic in ways that are annoying but not necessarily an emergency or anything.

I live in a second story apartment, and the other day my wife noticed that a small crack had formed in our bathtub... or maybe it has been there a while and we just didn't notice. Anyway, we figured that might be a problem, since it might lead to water damage for our downstairs neighbor, so we made sure to let maintenance know. Apparently that was the right thing to do because it was treated like an emergency situation. However, that also meant I had maintenance workers in and out of my apartment several times, and I can't exactly work on porn with other people in my house. Then, the process of sealing the crack involved spraying some strong chemicals, so we had to air out the house and there's still an unpleasant chemical smell that's lingering. Now I can't actually use the bath for the next two days while the sealant and paint sets, And now tomorrow I need to go to the local tax office to turn in some paperwork, and while everything I need to do only requires like... less than a minute of actual interaction with another person, it's going to take me at least 3 hours because it's a busy office since the same place processes stuff like parking tickets and all kinds of other stuff.

So anyway, sorry for another rant about something unrelated to the comic, but I just need to get this off my chest.
