Rendering a lot of cum is always a bit more time consuming, which is why cum-heavy pages like this usually have less panels than normal. I'm not sure how closely everyone pays attention to this sort of thing, but I usually go for 4 or 5 panels. Ideally, to me, 5 panels is usually what's best, but sometimes you want to show some extra detail and larger panels work better for that.
