This was a particularly interesting choice to win in the poll, because it was the option that very clearly stated that the Alien speaks to command Bianca what to do. In the first page with her in it I tried to be a bit ambiguous, so that you can't quite tell if she's actually talking or just parroting a specific word. But now that we've established that she properly speaks English, I think the next question is... just how intelligent is she? Will Jackie be able to negotiate with her? She does have a slight advantage in that she's wearing a helmet, so she can't just get something jammed down her throat right off the bat. Although it's also possible that the alien is only intelligent enough to make simple commands, and all she can really do is focus on breeding.
