Oh, it's short for "Netorare", which is Japanese word that I don't know the actual translation for, but basically it's porn that focuses on cheating, and specifically involves the cheated-on person being actively involved with their jealousy and depression being part of it. There's probably some more specifics that I can't think of off the top of my head but there's some kind of combination of cheating and humiliation kink.
