This is one of those things where, exactly how the amulet Jenna's wearing works is kind of... pliable. So no one notices her specifically, or the actual actions she's doing, and Cassandra clearly is reacting physically to what Jenna is doing, but she also doesn't realize it. And the goth girl can perceive, to some degree, the effects Jenna is having on her, but she can't actually "see" Jenna. I'm kind of afraid to lay down any hard and fast rules on exactly how it works, since if I don't do that then I don't have to worry so much about "breaking" the rules.
