BCC 31-29: Hi-Res (Patreon)

Also I just want to vent a bit... I've mentioned that I'm dealing with bedbugs in my apartment... we threw out our whole bed and cleaned the shit out of our bedroom, then prepped it so an exterminator could come in and poison the carpet and hit the corners. I've been sleeping on an air mattress in the living room, and I had to wake up early to let the exterminator in... but last night, of all nights, the air mattress popped a hole. So I got about 4 hours of sleep trying to sleep on the floor. The big problem, though, was I'm not really familiar with bedbugs. I didn't realize I was expected to prep the entire apartment, so when the exterminator arrived he refused to even treat the one room, since their policy is only to treat the full apartment... but also, we were told ahead of time that failure to prepare for the exterminator on the day they arrive would result in a $65 fine. However, the only reason we weren't fully prepared was because nobody told us that we had to prepare the whole apartment... so now we're still waiting to see if the apartment complex is going to try to collect on that fee, which we intend to fight if they do. But now I also need to learn when the exterminator is coming back, and do all kinds of cleaning and prep on my entire apartment. I spent most of today throwing away clothing and other stuff in preparation. So now I'm tired, worried about money in the future, and I've still got a lot of work to do to prepare for this problem. On the plus side... I've already got a new memory foam mattress waiting crammed in a box, so I'm kind of excited to see how it looks to let it out and see it expand to full size.
