Side Dishes 7-37: Hi-Res (Patreon)

I'm basically changing back to working Side Dishes beginning-to-end on Sundays, mostly because Sunday has become a D&D night for me after one of our players had a change in her work schedule, and Side Dishes is generally faster to finish than a BCC page, so it makes it easier to make sure I'm ready in time to play.
As for Side Dishes itself, I'm going to be starting another poll this week. Technically we haven't completed the previous winning poll option yet, but I want to get suggestions to clarify one of the details of the poll options.
The next step for the story is that The Nurse needs to pleasure Inara to help her relax so her muscles fill finally relax enough to let the Nurse cum. So... what do you think she should do to Inara to pleasure her enough to get her to relax?
