This was another pinup commission for Unskilled aka Futazon. You may remember the Nurse from an earlier commission, where he wanted to use the Hello Nurse character from Side Dishes as inspiration for creating his own character with a similar style and attitude. He came up with an idea where she and Jenna compete to see just who can produce the most cum, although how exactly they decide who wins and who loses I'm not totally sure. Anyway, this is designed to sort of look like the cover to some kind of potential future comic.
