For a long time I avoided having Jenna impregnate women, because in a long-running story it can be kind of complicated keeping track of stuff like that... but honestly it's porn so why not just go all in on stuff like this?

You say that but she has knocked up most of the people she's been with. Hell we just had Franny last chapter. But yeah... it's just porn so it doesn't really matter that much. Plus it is your story so you can do whatever you want with it. Though it would be a shame to see those muscles on Inara fade over time.... I guess it depends on your future plans for characters and if we will ever see any change with them. Karen for instance has been the only one to show any bump so far.

It was already stated that it caused her to gain more muscle, converting extra weight she put on.

It all depends on what your trying to do, you can have a consistent story of her not impregnating every girl.
